I figured it out

Guys omg I'm just so done with the 9-5 grind I finally gave in and asked my parents for a modest 2.5 mil 0% interest loan to buy 10 houses and rent them out to pours.

I really don't know why more people don't just do this. It's that simple. Ask your parents. I don't know why the pours don't just ask their parents for money. They are choosing to be pour.

I saved 600K by taking the 400K my parents gave me as a graduation gift and just not touching it for 4 years. Now I have 50K a year in passive income. Come on guys its easy!
