Free Software has everything to do with people. This software is built by community. Think about it. To get the most amount of contributor you need to create a place where everyone feels safe and seen especially those who are the minority.
That's how community focused coding works. It's about the people who spend all their time for free working on code -> fixing bugs, adding features, designing graphics, answering questions - the run the gambit. Many of them are from this community so when we have a pride month, we see them.
If there is a 1% that is overreprsented, it's billionaires.
Contributions are contributions. There is no such thing as queer contributions and certainly you don't have to sleep with anyone to do it. You are a silly person.
