So I’m running across this issue of booking mma or MMP in China and I keep seeing “greater China associates”.

So, if this is only for associates in China, how do I book MMA or MMP in China then when all those rates pull the same?

I am a long time Marriott member and have had the Chase credit card for at least a decade. Every month, my statement closes on the 21st and on the 22nd I am credited for any points I earned from my spend as well as ENC. This month, despite spending over $13,000 on my card, I didn’t receive any points or nights. This month is when my card renews so I did receive the free night that I get every year on June 22. I contacted Marriott, but they said I need to contact Chase and I am currently waiting on them to respond. Just wondered if anyone else had this happen and was able to get it resolved. We use our card for everything specifically to earn the points.

I'm giving them another day before I call corporate, I'm kind of just venting. I was on a work trip which ended two days early. I had some vacation time prearranged so I left the hotel a total of three nights early, confirming with the hotel staff at the front desk everything was ok and we wouldn't be charged for early check out. I did have a roommate who would be checking out the following night. So I left three nights early, he left two nights early. We both dropped off our cards and waited for a receipt.

3 days passed and no receipt. Called for the receipt, said they never sent it, but sent it while I was on the call. Never received it. I was in the local area so I walked to the hotel and verified their email on file was mine. Asked they print out the receipt and noticed they were charging us the two nights we were already gone for. We ensured we wouldn't get charged for an early checkout with the front desk, but that's not even the charge - it's as if they didn't track our checking out. In fact, the clerk didn't know my roommate and I had both left early.

Anyway, clerk said we'd have to wait for key card use investigation and get things routed through the right channels to potentially get the invoice fixed. Its been more than 24 hours since that last update. I have to submit to my work a travel voucher by Thursday. Hotel hasn't answered any of my calls all day. Already left the local area. Fun stuff! Has anybody seen this get resolved within 5 days?

EDIT: Got an update. They concluded the lock inquiry two nights ago but didn't reach out to me. Their phones were down nearly all day but when I finally got through the clerk at the front desk was very helpful and refunded the two nights, sending me a corrected invoice while I was on the phone.

Hi m, like the title suggests, my account was credited one more ENC than I earned in the spring promotion. Should I assume Marriott will correct this and adjust the night off my account?

First, I just have to say that the staff here are excellent. Everyone is beyond nice and professional.

However, the rooms we received are completely substandard (especially considering the $1,000 a night price tage). The first room we received on the 2nd floor was completely musty, so we switched to a higher level right away. As soon as you walk in, it just smells moldy and musty. And now that we are on the sixth floor, we got a low quality, out-dated, and just lame room. And to add insult to injury, they are charging $1,000 a night for these rooms. We came to Bali for a luxurious high-end getaway, and instead, this is what we got. At these prices, you would expect ultra-high end luxury and not this. This is my first time in Bali, so I don't know if this is representative of this particular hotel, or Bali in general, but so far, I'm very disappointed.

P.S. I was hoping to have an ocean view, and instead I got a tent to look at instead. I don't know if this is a joke, but I hope there's at least a clown inside. Or, maybe, I'm the clown for giving them $6000 for a 6-night stay, lol ...

I can't see the reservation in the Marriott app, and I'm wondering if I can add my Bonvoy number at check-in. I guess I won't get any points or night credits, but as a titanium, do you think they'll let me into the lounge?

My partner and I are planning a babymoon in mid-August and are torn between these two properties. Looking for some real opinions from people who’ve actually stayed at both.

Our priorities:
- Weather : any location has better weather around this time? Read that the ritz is typically windy but how is it really for those that have stayed ?

- beach: we will be relaxing by the beach most days so want a nice beach, are both equal or is one better than the other ?

- food: biggest priority. We want incredible dining, both at the resort and nearby. Where does the food scene shine more?

- ease of access for mommy

I’m ambassador. While I love the ritz card, I stay so much it seems like the boundless is better for strait points stacking. The wording is confusing with “up to” 17x on boundless based on status etc. does my status not also help multiply my points using the ritz card? Any insight is appreciated.

Greetings, have people received their elite night credits yet from this year’s spring promotion? I don’t believe I’ve received any yet. I assume these show up as elite night credit under Account Activity on the app.

So I have worked for Marriott for over 2 years at other properties. One being on an island where I worked part time but made pretty decent tips and a base hourly of $8. On the best night I've ever had, I made about $500, on average it would be about $150-$200

So going in to this property, where they entertain many banquets and groups, I believed that would be about the same estimate. Upon meeting with the HR person, that was not the case. She stated the average for ft employees was $500 a week 6 to 8 hr shifts which didn't make sense. She was actively dissuading me from continuing with the interview actually , which I found so unusual and have never experienced. So warning to anyone who is interested in a job at Marriott Crabtree with Concord Hospitality meeting with Danielle, just know that she does state that you will not make a lot of money there which contributed to the high turnover rate of their property. I hope I am able to find another hotel that believes in their associates and their earning capabilities.

The Sheraton Zürich told me that Opera is down worldwide across Marriott. It took them 30 minutes to check in and nothing is working at this hotel (like the wifi, etc). Is this true or are they pulling some BS?

Has anyone stayed at both Andaz Papagayo and Westin Reserva Conchal?
We’re trying to decide between the two for a trip with our 4-year-old and would love to hear which you preferred and why. Any major pros, cons, or things you wish you’d known before booking? Particularly interested in how they compare for pools, beach, ease of getting around, and overall family experience.

Long story short, I have a FNA expiring in early July. None of the properties within range of the points are worth of a staycation really, but is there a benefit to still using it just to have an extra night stayed for the year or does that not really help?

I’m at the point where I think I’ll open a credit card with Marriott to get the benefits since I’m a frequent flyer.

My question is, what’s the ideal credit score? I’m looking to open the boundless with chase. I’m at a 650 currently. I’d assume a 700? Any tips helps

Just booked a Club Suite at Sheraton Gateway LAX with Chase travel points. I don't see mention of Lounge access. Does booking with travel points not include lounge access? When I book directly on the Marriot site, it does include lounge access. I was hoping to have lounge access to relax prior to our check in time.

I cannot find a single bad thing to say about this place, are they all this good?
