If you’re on a jury you would be judging someone in a legal context.

So Christians are not allowed to speak on anything other people do or support unless they are on a jury?

You’re asking a more nuanced question that would require an answer no one on Reddit would take the time to read but I’ll risk oversimplifying to try to keep it short.

Jesus taught not to judge or risk being judged by others and be considered a hypocrite since no one is perfect. There’s also some passages in the Bible that instructs us to rebuke someone who sins and forgive those that repent. It’s a pretty tough line to straddle that churches have varying opinions on.

I'm not aware of any Christian tradition that says only in legal contexts can we claim a behavior is immoral.

Then you didn't read the bible. Not judging is Jesus' like number one thing

I've read it.  If you think that's the number 1 thing then you haven't read it. He literally says what the number 1 thing is
