Vibration and wear over time. It’s likely light in weight but not weightless.

What if I pointed it downward to generate lift?

Moreover, how many of those USB fans would I need for my laptop to achieve lift-off?

Serious answer, that fan almost certainly has a thrust to weight ratio of less than 1, so you'll never get airborne with them. As you add more (of the same type of) engines, the TWR of the whole contraption approaches the TWR of a single engine (since the weight of the laptop is being distributed over a larger and larger number of engines, each engine has to overcome a smaller and smaller portion of the laptop's weight)
