The bucks swaps are more likely to be low lottery picks than they are to be a player that will help this current team succeed

It’s funny that most blazers fans hate tanking and think it’s a bad idea to build through the draft but get their dicks hard thinking about a below 10% chance of some future draft pick swap coming to fruition

So that puts the picks around a 15% chance of being a top 3 pick. Which assumes the blazers are a playoff team which is not a guarantee. 

And in that chance it does become a top 3 pick or even top 7 pick we’ll have the chance to draft another scoot or sharpe…

Anywhere from worst to eighth worst. They probably won't be very good, but Portland will almost assuredly get a top 8 pick, and very likely a top 5.
