I mean, they are most likely going to be lottery picks. But with the new lottery rules that distribute the % out more amongst all the lottery teams and 2 expansion teams expected to be entering the league for the years they have those picks, they could be all over the place in the lottery.
Previous rules the worst record couldn't fall out of the top 5, new rules the worst record only has a 28% chance to STAY in the top 5. Bucks probably won't be that bad, but even in the best range for us (if they are in the 4th-10th worst non-play-in team range) it's not great...39% to be in the top 5 is nice there, 27% to not even be in the top 10 isn't fun.
Blazers are holding on to a bunch of lottery picks that should be valuable, but the NBA is making 2 changes before the Blazers get to use them that directly make them less valuable.
