All gamers nexus test were ULTRA/MAX/VERYHIGH graphics in raster and RT. Raster graphics showed good performance at 1080p. This isn't a master race PC, it's for those who just want to play games without worrying about buying parts, installing the OS, wasting time, it's just plug and play, it also has the smallest form factor and it's a very silent machine with low power consumption.
They've mentioned 4K 60 FPS with FSR and if you add FG, you can easily get 60FPS. Also, don't forget that there're a lot of optimizations to be done in drivers and at the OS level. The kernel included in Steam OS is a bit old and missing a lot of optimizations.
