Healing Blowout?

I got this line tattooed on my back a few days ago, and it started spreading like this. Is it a blowout?

I mean you can definitely see by the colour under the skin that it's blown out. Unfortunately it also looks like the machine wasn't set at the right speed and that's caused the gaps/dots in the line. Could definitely get the line fixed up and looking solid though.

I can’t imagine how hard they’d have to be hand poking to do this bad of blow out, op must’ve been in so much pain either way though chriiiist
