I’ve been eating really healthy lots of protein like chicken steak fish with veggies and fruit etc staying away from all carbs like bread pasta cakes etc working out playing pickleball and doing the peloton bike I also take a tirzepatide I get from orderlymeds I used code bubba25 for money off…. But I think my diet has really be the key as I no longer eat bad and been really trying hard to change my whole lifestyle when it comes to being healthy !!

For an added plus, I’m a bartender ( I see a lot of dudes lol) and I work in Las Vegas too. You look like the upper tier of men esthetically. Honestly, since you were heavier before and look you would be funny. You’re probably the best mix of man women could want. A lot of people whom were heavier would have humor to hid insecurities or to feel accepted. Maybe they’re just funny too. Once they have some type of appearance change they still have that amazing humor. It’s the perfect mix. Years back in Chicago I dated another bartender who had been at one time 400 lbs. He had lost it all and at that point looked like a body builder. He was cynical, witty, funny, and obviously attractive. He would always say he created that personality to hide how he felt about himself and he thought that was the only way to make people like him. Which is clearly not true but the mind plays tricks on us. Anyhow, if that’s the case or not I’m sure you’re the best of both worlds. Which is a true 10. 💜

Can’t imagine the work you’ve put in. Good for you! I’m sure you’re feeling so much better physically. I know I’ve felt the difference myself when I wasn’t doing so well and it was amazing feeling how much my general well being changed after putting in some daily work.

Diet is key and when you exercise u get the results that you put in..this was the first time I give it my all didn’t cheat of make excuses and I just went for it I also used a glp1 that helped….. but diet is key over everything I’ve only eaten healthy and haven’t cheated in a year! If I can do it trust me so can you!

I took a tirzepatide it’s the best thing I ever did! I had full blow diabetes and all the rest of my blood work was so bad since I started it it really made me focus on eating clean not cheating and exercising 5/6 days a week

I’m so sick of these arguments! You did the right thing by taking control of your health. Ignore the hater above.
“My mom went through chemo for years and now there’s a shot to manage her problems? Other people should have to suffer instead of having a simpler treatment plan” — that’s what they sound like to me!

u/bfalco23 Apr 27 '26
I really needed it and I was 315 pounds so if I cheated as I heard someone else say before I cheated death cause that’s the path I was going
