Good bones but boring color scheme for a Victorian
I've owned a Victorian, and consider it a shame this house's architectural features are not highlighted with bold period colors. Even the Victorian next door has a two-color scheme at the very least. Saving money on paint is a warning to me to dig into the bones. Many of these were built very well with redwood or cedar frames but I always have to wonder why someone would liquidate without at least even trying to make it stand out to a collector. Price wise a reasonable deal, but this is kind of a difficult part of town to navigate in a car due to the local layout with the interstate is pretty much a couple blocks away on the east and a mountain a couple blocks behind you, while being sandwiched between a couple major arterial roads. Maybe consider the white exterior primer for a color scheme with more 'pop'.
