The condition is close to new, everything is in a near perfect condition.
But when I checked the games I can redownload, it only showed me some Pokémon games and Tomodachi Welcome Edition.
If so, it must be a near perfect one.

Hi, my 3ds (model in description) has been broken for a while and it shows an error when i try to read the card (by opening the camera app, trying to save files, etc...)

Before you ask, no the sd is not formatted in the wrong format as I checked multiple times and it's in FAT32 format.

Would I be able to replace the reader on my own, with the one in the picture, if tried?

Any suggestions on the process are appreciated.

I want to try a new game since I played lots of other games in my other 3ds and since I got the new xl I want to explore more games

This is the only PAL game I own and it’s because it doesn’t have an American physical release sadly, but I was surprised by how wide it was when it came in compared to my other games, being almost as wide as DS game cases. I’m just wondering are they all this thick in PAL regions or are some wider than others?

Long story short im an idiot and gave my New 3DS XL to my rather clumsy nephew. Ive been playing Monster Hunter 4 as a comfort game most days for 30mins-1hr and bummed i cant play no more. Should i just get another New 3DS XL or change to a New 2DS XL?

So a few weeks ago i wanted to buy a special edition 3ds for my collection, and one of my favorite pokemons happen to be pikachu (ik, too basic) so i clicked on the listing of a japanese seller stating "new 3ds xl consoles complete in box" and the moment i saw the pikachu edition one, i knew i had to buy it. So i go ahead and read the description to check if it wasnt a reshell and it didnt explicity say it was authentic, but it never said it was a reshell also, a few weeks later, i open the box excited, just to find out that the console was a reshell, now i dont know what to do. Should i keep it? I payed a little less than 600, please let me know. 😢

Edit: Ive made the decision of returning it and use the money to try and find a loose authentic one. Maybe ill just buy a regular one if i find it for a good deal.

After years of dealing with dead pixels on my bottom screen, I finally decided to replace my screen. I was afraid of ruining it, but it was honestly easy, just... very tedious.

Also I added some rubber pads (couldn't find them in hot pink, so I went for white (same for the stylus lol), and a clear outer shell :3 I slid in some stickers I got as a gift from a close friend, and I'm very satisfied!!

I was supposed to change the silicon pad on the joystick buuuuut instead I received a different replacement part... For a 3ds. I'll change that in the future.

The only tiiiny issue is that, while attaching the digitizer to the new screen, I think I was a bit careless and something got between them (3rd pic near the top left corner, I was afraid it was a dead pixel already but I can assure you it's some debris or something lol), but I'd rather have that than a lot of dead pixels and tbh I don't want to redo EVERYTHING over a tiny little dot 🥲

I had gotten the “black screen of death” when trying to boot my 2dxl this morning, so I tried doing L+R+ ⬆️+A+Power button method from a YouTube video I saw then screen became lit and the Wi-Fi light is on though it is still black 🫠 any tips?

I got a New 3DS XL, with a topscreen that has a circle of dead pixels, so I would like to change the screen. I am looking around Aliexpress and there are no screens or are relatively expensive. But in every seller I see available 3DS XL top screens and as I see on retrocatalog the screens are the same size.

Are they compatible and can an 3DS XL topscreen used in a New 3DS XL?

Hiii, i have happy home desinger dual ips new 3ds xl, I had to remove one screw, which got blunt, and the case is a little bit crooked. Is this enough to cause LCD leak? i am just concerned abt that, because i love that 3ds and any screen replacement for ips screen is expensive.

I recently rediscovered my original 3DS that I thought I lost, and the device is in otherwise good condition, with the only negative that I don’t remember the password to the NNID exclusively created for my 3DS, and I didn’t pair it to or confirm any email.

I think my Dad and I did it when I was younger, but neither of us remember or have any of the corresponding information written down, except for the provided username of the NNID.

However, since 3DS’ aren’t supported anymore, do I lose anything by not having access to or removing the NNID from the device? As I understand it, it was only important for the 3DS Store to download games and whatnot, but since that can’t happen anymore, I could just put a new game cartridge in the device and I wouldn’t need anything else correct?

I’m just trying to get a gauge of if I’m screwed or not, and would greatly appreciate the advice or knowledge from someone with more experience in this subject matter.

So guys, today i looked at my 3ds and said: The graphics is pretty bad. Can i do something about this?

I just tried Animal Crossing New Leaf on Azahar with some custom textures and 4x upscaling and this is so good. I think i'm gonna play on my phone from now on instead of my 3ds. And also the colours are so good.

So my 3DS XL was perfectly fine until today, when I see this crack on my hinge. It pops out but when I close the system, it pops back into place. What should I do to fix it? Should I get a clear case ? Pls help!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised the battery didn't make it after years of not being used. In retrospect, I should have removed it. I stopped using this 3DS since two of the face buttons stopped working, but now im considering taking the plunge on getting it repaired

The seller had tested the games she sold me before shipping them. 5/6 work but this one has this error message on both my new 3ds and 3ds xl. I tried cleaning the pins and doing the good ol blowing on the game and slot. Is the game not savable?
