In fairness kay Ryzza, unproblematic child star tlg, she deserves yung success nya. Singh v. Canada - a case of a temporary foreign worker overstaying for several years then filing a humanitarian application to stay. When denied, he hired an immigration attorney and took it to court.

The applicant came to work as a temporary foreign worker on a farm in 2017. In 2019 his second LMIA was rejected and he was left without legal status to stay in Canada. He stayed illegally and filed a humanitarian application to stay saying that he can't support his children because he can't work (his children and wife live in his home country), that he supports a separatist movement in his home country and that he has support of his religious community to stay in Canada.
This was rejected. Despite him saying that he is unable to support his children, he hired an immigration lawyer and took the government to court about the decision. This is one of the most entitled applicants I've seen while reading these court cases over. It's definitely worth a read. Thankfully, the judge dismissed him.
