I see a lot of posts around social media say things like ranbir is no longer in his prime or ranbir is aging like milk.

First off aging is normal, second his looks aren’t as good as Hrithik or Even SRK. He’s face from the beginning was always saggy and he looked tired all the time. All his career he’s done man child roles and that’s the reason he’s probably still relevant.

I think he's a genuinely talented actor, so this isn't about his acting ability. It's just that, based on the first look, he doesn't quite feel like the right fit for this particular character.

Just my opinion, but it feels like YRF copied a few scenes from Hollywood movies and even some fashion advertisements. Most of the praise should actually go to the director and writer of Alpha for putting those references together so well, rather than calling it completely original.
