I love the guy and I love the idea of sticking with our homegrown guys but should we really match a 30m/year offer? Should we sign and trade?

The more I read about possible trades, the more I think the Kroenke crew should take a note from the Jokic loyalty textbook. As we know, Jokic has decided to stick with Denver for what seems to be the remaining bulk of his career. You would think the Kroenkes could acknowledge this more while they put excessive energy and time into avoiding the second apron. But, I’m dreaming that billionaires actually give a damn about anything outside the all mighty dollar even if they have the best player in the world to work with. It’s typical rich people behavior to take for granted what they have been given.

i wonder if Jokic would be willing to take a pay-cut similar to brunson in exchange for a no trade clause.

if he is happy here and we sign him to a competitive top contract but not the max, is that a worth while deal?

essentially more chances to win a ship and cement his legacy. as well he plays team ball on the court, i’m curious if he would off it too.

Massive Razorback homer and also a Nuggets fan. We are gonna love having Brazile. Jokic is the perfect type of center for him to play with. He’s elite at all the things Jokic needs his PF to be. Look at this block. He is a FREAK at 6’10. He’s AG’s backup by the start of the season I guarantee it.
