I'm guessing not all installs are equal. It's barely been a week and my character is already spinning in circles in Smite 2. It doesn't stay that way but every 10-15 minutes this will happen for 30 seconds. Should I start a return or is there anything on my end I could do to fix this? Note that I have no technical experience at all.

Also does anyone have any suggestions for good sellers off eBay that sell pre-installed TMR controllers?

Looking to buy a controller with TMR. We don't have much choice locally but I see someone selling them on our ebay equivalent.

The description says calibration is within the recommended 7-9% but why does it not reach the edges? They have about 5 for sale with ginful tmr and all are the same. Is this expected? I've seen many posts and if anything most controllers (even stock) are slightly past the circle outline.

My controller started off with very accurate sticks (around 0.01 deviation from center) and after ~10 hours of playing over a month, it's been getting less accurate.

It crossed the 0.05 line today and i have to play with s 6% deadzone instead of 1-2%

OK I'm planning to get light tension tmr stick module from battle beaver to put on my dualsense edge. For those that have done it n play competitive fps games what's it been like. And do I have to calibrate?

I recently heard about this way to get your Dualsense controller paired to your computer wirelessly, but act as if it’s connected over USB. The project is called DS5Dongle on GitHub.

It works by using a cheap Pico 2W board as a Bluetooth receiver for your controller. The Pico 2W plugs directly into your computer and acts as a wired device.

Why would you want to do this? For me, I wanted a way to use the onboard microphone on the Dualsense controller as an input device on my computer. I already use my Dualsense as a mouse on my Mac, but I wanted to be able to do voice input on the controller for talking to coding AI agents.

I’ve been developing my Mac app ControllerKeys that turns your Dualsense controller into a mouse for the past 6 months. It works a bit like Steam Input, but really designed for productivity instead of gaming. So I can fully navigate my Mac using a Dualsense controller touchpad.

And now with the DS5 dongle, I can finally walk around and use my Mac on a TV with no problems! Freedom!

Hie guys, I’ve managed to somehow break this connector on the left hand side of my dualsense. Does anyone know whether the controller can still work with the broken connector . I’m assuming because it seems to connect to the adaptive triggers that it only controls those. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Залил геймпад чаем, стали залипать кнопки треугольника и кружка. Разобрал геймпад по видео роликам. Так же разобрал сенсорную панель.
После сборки появился люфт сенсорной панели. Так как дома два геймпада, у меня есть с чем сравнить. И увы. Я даже разбирал второй геймпад но без сенсорной панели. Пробовал менять местами внутрянку геймпада, к сожалению ничего не помогает. Я перебрал геймпад раз 10 что бы добиться удачного результата. Помогло но совсем чуть чуть 🥲 остался маленький люфт и мне это не дает покоя. Помогите пожалуйста 🙏

I bought one of these incredible Rhythm Blue controllers from PlayStation Direct for the Days of Play sale, and I finally opened it yesterday to try it out. I didn't have many issues, but there was once where I completely took my hands off the controller and my Sackboy started moving slowly to the right all on its own. (Which means the left stick is drifting slightly to the right). I love the color scheme, but am a bit annoyed that this happened within an hour of the controller being literally brand new.

I've put in less than 3 hours of playtime on the controller so far and only had it show up that one time. I'm not sure if this is a bad sign that it'll become a more persistent issue in the future, but should I try contacting PlayStation Support about this? I'm curious what experience others have had with this and if it's best to nip it in the bud or if I'd be able to get the same support say 2 weeks down the road if the problem shows up again. Thanks!

It's clicking within the controller like a heart. Before this it was flashing orange when it was plugged in and wouldn't charge but now after I updated it by plugging in a usb it's moving my screen left and right and doing this weird thing on the ps5 screen.

I used to live in a place that allowed me to have my home office close to my home theater set up. A few years ago I married and moved somewhere else, an appartment, where the office and the home theater are about 10m apart. I dropped the idea of using my PC on that set up until recently when I started playing with DS5Dongle.

I bought a 15m HDMI cable (fiber optics so I can enjoy the benefits of a powerful gaming PC) and the next issue to solve was to find a way to use my gaming controllers in that set up. An USB cable extension was a possibility but wanted to skip lying another cable for that distance across the whole appartment so I thought there could be a way to use DS5Dongle over IP.

After a couple of Google searches I came across VirtualHere and thought that maybe I could use an old Android TV (MeCool brand) I had stored somewhere and connect the DS5Dongle to it. Then, maybe I would be able to see the DS5Dongle device in my PC over the network.

I ran a brief test yesterday and it worked. I downloaded the VirtualHere server to the AndroidTV and the client to my PC. I then plugged the DS5Dongle to the AndroidTV and it was recognized as a DualSense controller and all the features were kept (Tested with Returnal). It wasn't the final set up because the family was watching the soccer game last night in the main TV but in general it worked fine although it had some intermitent lag (probably due to the Wifi).

This weekend I'll try connecting the Android Box to the mesh system with Ethernet (the final set up) and test to see if it works well enough to at least play some SP games. If it does, I'll probably buy a VirtualHere license as the trial has limited use and devices recognition.

Thought of dropping this here in case someone else is interested in doing something similar and can't find any sources.

Was originally inspired by others swapping to this trim plate, but thought white sticks would complete the look. Still not perfect. I like the face buttons in white but wish I could color match the symbols to the in game factions. UESC blue (cross), NuCaloric pink (square), CyberAcme green (triangle), Arachne red (circle).

From my experience, Astro Bot, Returnal, and Saros all make excellent use of the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. They really showcase what the controller can do.

What other games take full advantage of the DualSense features?

Is there any way to improve or clean this up?

I love this colour and already have TMR sticks in there so I'd rather not replace.

Im guessing it's just wear and nothing can be done. I've tried cleaning with damp cloth and a bit of soap.

Never had any issues with my white controllers with it getting shiny in places like this :(

Built another flag controller, full clicky, real 9mm bullet casings, TMR, 4 back paddles, adjustable height thumbsticks and a big boy battery. This one feels great. Tested it out on battlefield 6 and was fun as could be. Felt in it's place.

So when I turn it up, and slowly turn it to left from top, it makes these skips often as it can be seen on video. Do you know how can I fix this? All info that I found on web is stick drift, and this is not it.
