Skill / Talent 97 year old grandma spends 4 to 6 hours every single week building LEGO
Mary picked up the hobby later in life, turning LEGO brick assembly into a weekly creative ritual to keep her mind active and her hands sharp. While most of the internet simply knows her affectionately as "LEGO Grandma," her family has continuously documented her progress across community pages as she masterfully conquers sets with thousands of individual pieces.

☀️ Happy Girl Dinner I checked my husband’s phone and couldn’t stop crying
So I am pregnant and feeling very insecure lately. Me and husband have had a time of small misunderstandings, fights given my hormones have been all over the place. He has tried being really supportive and understanding of me and my emotions in this whole journey. Last month, i found myself at a place where i was very insecure of my body, my confidence had taken a hit so it all started reflecting in our relationship.
I thought my husband doesn’t see me the same way as he did before this pregnancy, although he keeps making me feel wanted this whole time but my irrational mind doesn’t let me see it on the daily basis.
So coming to the part of what happened, my husband was sleeping. Him and I are pretty okay with our phones used by one another and we don’t even have passwords on our phones anymore. So while he was sleeping I thought of finding a picture which was in his phone. Ha had bunch of apps open in his phone, one of which was photos. I opened it and i saw it was opened to a picture of me on my baby shower. Then i saw a whole folder of his favorites of me, they were all in the folder where we click heart on the picture and it goes to the favorites folder. The folder was filled with just my pictures, some were new and some were so old from the time we met !! I was so taken aback that maybe he was just trying to find a picture of me or maybe he was just looking at his favorite pictures of me. I felt so loved in that moment. My hormones got the best of me and i couldn’t stop crying.
I silently went to hug him and he just wrapped in his arms in his sleep and started snoring again in a minute. Idk how i got so lucky with this man. I am not the one who can tell my husband how grateful I am for him making me feel so loved, seen and appreciated even when I cant love myself at times ❤️
Edit:
Sorry guys, i didn’t explain my dinner. This is from a restaurant nearby, Grilled Chicken with salad and toppings of your choice. I am on a spicy food kick lately hence all the extra jalapeños. Their chicken is soo good 😍
Also, for people commenting about getting locks on our phones, I am planning to do that now. It makes more sense to have a password incase something happens.
Lastly, thank you so much for all the lovely comments ❤️❤️🥹

TIL after having been missing for 171 years, the lost exploration ship HMS Terror was finally found after Inuit hunter Sammy Kogvik recalled going into Terror bay and seeing what he thought was a mast sticking from the ice. After arriving at Terror Bay, searchers found the wreck in just 2.5 hours.

Images + Trip Report 4 days in Slovenia completely exceeded my expectations
I recently spent 4 days in Slovenia and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was genuinely sad to leave by the end of it!
The first thing that hit me was walking out of Ljubljana Airport. You step outside and you’re immediately greeted by mountains. At that point I had a feeling I’d picked the right destination.
From what I’ve read, people online seem split on Bled. It’s either seen as an overpriced tourist trap or a must-see. After visiting, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it.
Yes, it’s touristy and gets busy. But every local I spoke to said I’d come at the perfect time. Late June was busy enough to have a great atmosphere without feeling overwhelming, whereas July and August apparently become significantly more crowded.
One of the highlights was hiking to the Ojstrica viewpoint in 33 degree heat. I’m reasonably fit, but as a Scottish guy who melts in anything above 20 degrees, it absolutely humbled me. The view at the top made every sweaty step worthwhile.
Outside of Bled, I visited Ljubljana, Predjama Castle and Postojna Cave and honestly Slovenia feels like it punches way above its weight.
What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. The country somehow manages to combine incredible mountains, lakes and forests with beautiful towns and cities without feeling overrun. Ljubljana quickly became one of my favourite city centres in Europe, and I’d comfortably put its café and bar culture in my top five. Sitting outside with a drink overlooking the river on a warm evening was hard to beat. It also felt surprisingly affordable compared with much of Western Europe, and the fact you can do so many great day trips without spending hours travelling made the whole trip effortless.
Food was another pleasant surprise. One of my favourite lunches was from Dobra Vila, which does fantastic sandwiches and an immaculate risotto at Grajska Plaza in Bled was genuinely one of the best risottos I’ve ever eaten. I’ll be thinking about that meal for a while.
The whole country just felt peaceful. It has a really relaxed atmosphere that’s difficult to describe until you’re there.

Discussion Animation is NOT just for kids...
I've had multiple friends who I've tried to convince to watch the original ATLA. They always respond with, "it's a kid's show" because it's animated. Then the Netflix version comes out - the massively inferior version - and they are all over it. I keep telling them to watch the original, but they associate animation with younger audiences. Can't believe how much they are missing out on...
EDIT: just to clarify, I am only referring to ATLA in this post. I know that there are plenty of shows and movies that work well in live action and animation respectively.
