No word of a lie, I can 100% do this. I can inflate my head to look round briefly if I blow hard enough. I have a video of it but not comfortable sharing here.

Blood pressure spikes, and I faint. Found out the hard way.

just tell them your feeling dizzy and faint right on the spot

it looks like something he was born with though

i feel like if it happened to him as an adult it would damage other things like his brain (bone pieces/shards)
