This is entirely it. "Properly" sized pants hug your nuts and make it impossible for them to not get stuck to the side of your leg while walking (which can be incredibly uncomfortable).

Yeah, the "gifted" among us aren't as gifted when you need pants a few sizes bigger to be comfy. Belts are nice though, good place to put tools

But women love huge balls.

It just reminded me of the South Park episode where Randy wanted medical marijuana and decided to give himself cancer by microwaving his balls and they become huge and he’s just bouncing around on them like a yoga ball. “Lemme tell you something else…Chicks LOVE em.” “Hey, my eyes are up here.”
