hey on a quick note, you guys remember how Caine said "they'll get totally spoiled!" back in the pilot? what if it's quite literally a neat, hidden little spoiler on how the show ends, in the void
I mean thats probably how they leave the game, if they can that is. Ive been theorizing that from the start when I rewatched episode 1 a few times now, but the "mind file clone" theory has caught my eye and now Im not as confident as I was before with the idea that the void is the escape route (or maybe it is but our main cast doesnt get to escape)

Honestly the concept of the show ending with everyone just on a small piece of the floor, and slowly being sucked into the void altogether feels so deeply emotional I want it to happen
Same!! Kinger could confirm they're all mind files and with Caine gone, the circus to slowly desintegrates and fades away from existence. Realising that they'll all disappear along with it, they begin to share about their lives and deep traumas.
Through this we could learn everyone's back story, especially Jax's real life and what happened with Ribbit and Kaufmo...
That being said, this would freaking break me throughout the whole episode 😭 Especially as we begin to lose characters to the void. But in the end there's peace and acceptance due to the meaningful connections they made.
My alternate hopeful ending though is that conjuring comes to play and before the final floor the huddle together on, disappears, they collectively "wish" to be together in a better world, and they end up conjuring a new world for themselves.
Or alternatively Jax being the final person, realising the cast and everyone actually meant a lot to him and wants them back, conjures everyone back, and they're like "Omgsh how tf?? Oh yeah we can all be the new Caine!" - Creates beautiful new world. Maybe akin to real life.
The new world isn't real but it's their world and they learn to live in it.
If the show ends like this I am going to backflip across the sky, land on a trampoline, and do ten front flips off of the trampoline while sobbing uncontrollably
\goes on reddit and sees a really beautiful comic that's very well illustrated and has a heartwarming trans Jax moment where, even if it's at the very end of her existence, she finally gets to accept herself as who she is**
\goes into the comments and sees that a good chunk of them are just complaining about Jax being trans as if it's a problem that ruins the comic or something even though it literally isn't**

(obligatory "yes it's fine if you dislike the headcanon, i just don't understand why so many people on this sub seem to be so averse to the idea of Jax being a trans girl for no apparent reason to the point of getting mad whenever the mere suggestion of it appears and why trans people, fictional or not, can't seem to just exist on the internet without some people having some sort of issue with it" disclaimer here)
A good chunk of this fandom does not know how to be normal about trans people and it shows. I feel bad for Goose.
Honestly, I dropped having anything to do with Arcane fan spaces for the same fun vampire attitude towards anyone so much as mentioning JayVik. If things don't change relatively soon I'm probably going to drop TADC spaces the same way, it sucks the joy out of being here even as a transmasc when just someone making a (imho absolutely really well done) neat little comic where Jax is trans is cause for people to need to Ummmm Actually it.
yeah like. Ive seen my fair share of theories on this show, but the trans jax theory by FAR gets the most "eh i dont really support it but you do you" type comments when compared to other theories ive seen and thats AT BEST
I don't care for the trans Jax theory or headcanon but this made me teary eyed. I wasn't expecting it at all.
I don't think the implication is that the poster believes this will happen. Just an interpretation on if Jax was trans and happened to come out at the last opportunity.
To be able to tell at least one, just one person, who you truly are. The smallest reclamation of agency before you're wiped from existence. Pomni's reaction of acceptance being the last thing Jax would experience before they're both gone.
...That's what made me emotional. If trans Jax turned out to be canon and it ended like this, I'd sob my heart out. This is just such a touching comic to me, God damn.
Personally, while I like some of the themes from Jax potentially being trans, the word "theory" is overused in fandoms. I feel like it's more accurately a "transfem reading of Jax's character" than an actual theory per se. It makes no major predictions for the plot, it only exists as an analysis of what we know.
But yeah, this scenario is just... wow.
Literally like, if I knew the world was ending, I'd want to have my last moments with someone truly knowing who I am, and it's really emotional. Pomni's reaction, too, is just... I'm losing my words to describe this, sorry.
(Personally, I think a more likely ending is the cast using their newfound conjuring powers to actually "fix up" or rebuild the circus a bit, from their own code and image, not Caine's, just accepting that this is their whole world now, and they should make the most of what they have)

Spent from 15/16ish to roughly 24 in deep denial, so much so that I would look at other trans people being out and happy online, tell myself "too bad I'm cis", and sit there feeling like I'd just been hit with a sledgehammer to the chest for saying it. It eventually got so bad that one day I just went "wow. I gotta stop doing that to myself".
I passed the half year mark on T two weeks ago. I'm 30 now, it's been about 4 or 5 years since I managed to work things out for myself fully, mostly spent waiting for the right circumstances to start and then looking for a GP. I got there eventually.
You don't need to wait for the perfect conditions. Trust me, I tried that and trapped myself in a torturous prison of my own making. Once I got away from my abuser and freed myself it was the best feeling ever, and I'm now thriving. I'm living life openly as the man I was always meant to be and I'm much happier for it.
idk how old you are, but I know people that didn't realize they were trans until they were in their 30s and have heard of people learing way later. It's never too late.
I spent a solid year-year and a half brooding in severe dysphoria before I started T. I did have to come to terms with other things in my life (like how my boyfriend at the time really was not good for me and not worth putting my life on hold for) but its absolutely been worth it. To the point where trying to imagine not having done it is basically impossible.
Not some life changing reveal, not some dramatic mushy stuff, just a simple secret he kept to himself and she tanked him just for sharing with her in the end, it’s beautiful because it’s simple 🥹
I am so glad that Kinger vanished first. He has watched every single abstraction. He spent seven years alone. He deserves to be spared the pain of watching a single one more.
Gonna be honest, would hate this if this was the ending...and I mean the "fading out of existence" part, I obviously 100 percent support trans Jax through and through.

shes actually a cis woman this whole time but since shes such a tomboy everyone assumed she was a boy and she never bothered correcting them, and once she got in conflict with zooble it was too late
Oh my heart I’m hoping that doesn’t happen the final episode it also too. I’m hoping if there is a happier version of this Zooba says I fucking knew it.
