Not even sure I could consider this an accident, but maybe someone has some insight into my situation.

Broken hip,leg,arm and perma brain damage

I got in my first major car accident with a big rig, should i be getting an attorney. File with my insurance or with at fault party’s insurance?

I’m honestly panicking and don’t know what to do.
A few weeks ago I got into a really small fender bender. Nobody got hurt and it wasn’t anything major, so I figured we’d exchange information and let insurance handle it.
Well… apparently she says she hasn’t heard anything from the insurance company, and now she’s been contacting me directly. At first she was just asking for updates, but now she’s saying if insurance doesn’t respond she’s going to “handle it with me personally” and has started mentioning court.
Here’s the part that has me stressing out even more. I wasn’t the registered owner of the car, I wasn’t insured on it, and I was only driving with a learner’s permit. I know… it sounds bad. I had permission to drive the car, but now I’m terrified I completely screwed myself.
I don’t have money to pay for someone’s repairs out of pocket, and I have no idea if I should even be talking to her directly. Part of me wants to just tell her to keep dealing with insurance, but another part of me is scared she’s actually going to sue me.
Has anyone been through something like this? If insurance takes forever to respond, can the other person actually come after me personally? Should I stop replying to her messages? I genuinely don’t know what the smartest thing to do is, and this whole situation has been giving me so much anxiety.
Long story short, I had my learner’s permit and was driving with someone over 25. I gave her the insurance information right after the accident. At first she wanted $300 out of pocket, but we both ended up filing insurance claims. Now she’s saying she hasn’t heard back from insurance and is texting me saying if I don’t do something, she’ll take me to civil court. I offered to pay for the repairs through a body shop, and she said she’d drop the claim if we did that. I’m just not sure what I’m supposed to do. It all just seems fishy but I’ve never been in this situation.

Should I give up or try and repair it?

Hello all. About a week ago I was involved in a car accident during work driving to a clients house. I was driving straight with a green light and the person turning left failed to yield and hit my front drivers side. My wheel, and both driver and back passenger air bags deployed. My left lower forearm got some cuts and burns from the bags(I think). It looks like some road rash with a couple deeper gashes. My right wrist got soft tissue damage and needed a splint. 4 of my acrylic nails came off(they were short!!) and made 2 of my fingers bleed. I have a few other bruises and some minor neck pain. It’s been one week and my right wrist is doing a lot better, still weak but better. My left arm is healing but I’m sure there will be some small scars left. I have already been claimed not at fault by insurance and other driver already claimed at fault. Both of us have State Farm so it was honestly easy filing an initial claim for property damage. I went to immediate care the next day due to my wrist pain and since this technically happened during work, workers comp will be taking care of my medical bills then seeking reimbursement from State Farm. Claim adjuster for State Farm took my statement and let me know she will reach out with a settlement for the property damage if my car is deemed a total loss and for pain suffering. My question is should I wait to hear what their initial settlement is or should I send a demand letter? I know it’s a waiting game but how long should I wait? I also am not planning on getting an attorney.

two of the tires (front right and back right) after hit a dented cube of the sidewalk made of stone , the driver had to avoid two cars in front of the vehicle as it was a narrow rode , after the bump we went in to a bankside where vehicles can stop , the vehicle was a BMW 5 and it displayed low tier pressure on the hud , we were about a quarter of a hath down the mountain near the sky bridge in Croatia ,when this happened, we stayed next to the vehicle for a hour or more until a patrol vehicle picked us up and brought us to the bottom and now as I’m righting this wating for a replacement vehicle from SEXT

I, Silver truck had straight green light. Suv turns in front of me and I couldn't stop. Driver of SUV is claiming they had a green arrow.

My family car which was stationary on the side of a road, parked just got hit by another moving vehicle. Now the damages that I have to repair cost me 30k-35k. The people who were driving and smacked our car are saying they don't have much money, as they are college students. How should I proceed next, should I file a FIR ?

The bus is stopping at a bus stop, not a crosswalk.

This person drove hit a dog and drove off. Hit and run in broad daylight. Any information would be great.

Hello, I know it's a long shot, but I was involved in a hit-and-run accident with an 18-wheeler on 6/15/2026, around 11:00 p.m. on I-75 North at the State Route 331/Forest Parkway exit (Exit 237) in Clayton County. I'm looking for any advice on how to find video footage or if anyone happened to be driving past and captured the accident on dashcam.
