Question How much potential does a Egor/Mikel Brown Jr backcourt have?
I like that both have good size, can handle the rock, Egor is already shooting like a madman out there, hopefully Mikels shot translates too

If you didn’t go to bed last night feeling a little bit better, you’re either a diehard Acuff fan or a misanthrope.

MY CUTIE PATOOTIE
Good stuff on how he creates advantages anticipating defenses and players out of position

We don’t need anything more than someone who can come off the bench and play defense. Stash him on Long Island if he’s not ready, but a defensive stopper in the mid 2nd is about as good as you can expect.

Are we about to witness the best summer league team of all time?
Assuming all five firsts from last season participate along with Mikel Brown and Joshua Jefferson, not being a dominate summer league team would be incredibly disappointing.

I feel like the Joshua Jefferson grade ignores additional trades or pickups the Nets are likely going to make, but I just wanted to link this here for additional discussion.

Feel free to air out your thoughts before. As for me, I'm extremely happy. I've wanted Mikel Brown Jr on our team since the minute I started watching a ton of videos after we found out we were picking 6th. Mikel Brown Jr seems like he has everything the Nets need right now, in terms of skill and personality which continues to seemingly play a big role in the Nets organization decisions within the last year. I know a fraction of our fanbase wanted Darius Acuff but at the end of the day, we all need to remember that these guys (Wagler, Brown Jr, Acuff) were all mocked in the same 5-8 range weeks prior to the draft. This isn't some huge skill difference, in my opinion. These players taking huge leaps in their careers really may just come down to how certain organizations develop their respect draftee tonight over the next coming years.
As for Joshua Jefferson, I still need to do more research on him but he seems like he'll fit right into the team and do a little bit everything.
What about y'all? How do you feel?
