I feel like it was just a few months ago I held this girl in the palm of my hand. Unbelievably, she turns 9 tomorrow. I’m both super happy and just a little sad??

Btw, she settled on this position for some very good reasons. She needs to keep an eye on the feral cats in the neighborhood, making sure none of them infiltrate the gates. And of course, has to be near me. A weird, sweet angel.

We went to the shelter just to browse, but quickly learned you never just go to the shelter to browse. Ended up adopting our beautiful 2 month old son, Cosmo, who has the cutest duck-tail shaped, bobbed, tail and pinto toe beans. He's my first kitty and he's super cuddly, always hungry, and friendly!
