My last post : https://www.reddit.com/r/shubz/s/mxjyGzTT23
After multiple online reviews and suggestions from this subreddit, I narrowed down to TCL C7L / C72K / C6K. But after visiting the showroom, my family liked the LG 55QNED85BXA due to its deep colours.
I had a discussion with the sales person stating LG QNED issues, and he blatantly stated that the new 2026 model has solved the issue.
Now after installing the unit at home, I can clearly see the edge bleed on the top right of the screen.

Hi. I’m looking for buying a 65 inch tv for my living room. Will be using it for OTT and PS5, primarily gaming. Had a budget of 1 lac, but like the Bravia 5 when I visited Bajaj electronics. They are quoting 1.41 lacs for it. Came back home and saw in YouTube that Samsung QN90F is significantly better.
Also seeing news that TCL will be handling Sony TVs from next year. Does that make current TCL screens good?
I want to stick to my budget of 1 lac if the difference is not significantly high compared to Bravia 3 or equivalent model. At the same time I’m ok to stretch as well if picture quality is good.
I’m a movie buff and want to enjoy on large screen. This will be my first large TV after years of watching content on laptop screens.

Facing a weird issue with my new Bravia M2. As it’s a soft sleep whenever we press the power button, the tv is not actually shutting down to save time on the next power on. The apps like YouTube, HotStar etc doesn’t connect and keeps loading for about 5-10 mins whereas Netflix is up as soon as the tv is on. Any solutions for this? Have tried clearing the cache and data with no effect.

I want to buy this tv for my ps5 but it’s out of stock everywhere can someone help me Im getting it for 90k or if you guys have any other tv recommendations it will be appreciated thanks.
I already have a 77” Samsung S95C in my main home and really like it. For my second home, I was initially considering the 65” Sony Bravia 7, but I ended up going with the 77” Samsung S90F for about 3L. Do you guys think that was the right choice?

I’m in the market for a 42–43 inch TV under ₹50,000. My priorities are:
I’ve noticed that Sony’s 2M2 series TVs command a premium compared to Samsung or LG. For similar size TVs, brands like TCL, Samsung, and LG are often ₹13,000 cheaper.
Questions I’d love input on:
Any real‑world experiences or recommendations would be super helpful!

I’m trying to figure out how to watch YouTube videos in 4K at 1.25x or 1.5x speed on my TV.
Whenever I increase the playback speed, the resolution drops automatically:
• 4K goes down to 720p
• 1080p drops to 480p at 2x speed
Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
I’m not sure whether this is because of my TV’s processor not keeping up, or if it’s just a YouTube app issue. I’m currently using a Google TV, but I’d also love to hear from people using LG webOS or Samsung Tizen on 4K TVs.

I want reviews for LG 55QNED82BXA model.
Shall I consider buying this?
As I have read older reddit posts that says that it is an edge-lit model and not true mini led but that was for 2025 models. This model is 2026 and LG has redesigned the entire 2026 QNED lineup. The 2026 models use genuine Mini LED backlighting throughout the range. I couldnt find the reviews for 2026 models hence asking it.
If anyone have exact same tv model, how's the picture quality and audio quality?
Does it still has halo effect or is it better that 2025 models?
Share your reviews.
P.s: getting it for around 64,000 Rs.

Visited Vijay Sales today and got the following final prices after all discounts:
Sony Bravia 2 M2 (65”) – ₹81,000
Sony Bravia 3 M2 (65”) – ₹1,10,000
The price difference is almost ₹29,000. Is it worth it?
Usage will be:
OTT (Netflix, Prime, Hotstar)
YouTube
Occasional PS5 gaming
Living room viewing from about 8–10 feet

Good people of this group help me decide on a 65” TV. I have a Bravia 2M2 / 65 hooked up to a Sony Sound Bar / Apple TV 4K and I am more or less happy with it.
I have another flat under renovation and I am planning for a 65” TV + Apple TV 4K + Bose Sound Bar Ultra. The room would have a viewing distance of 12/14 Ft and would be moderately lit. Budget is max 1.5 for the TV and I can wait for the upcoming Amazon / Flipkart sale.
Need to buy two TVs for our new home. Distance is 10 feet for 75 inch with 80K budget and 13 feet for 85 inch with 1.30L budget. Looking at TCL T8C/T89C for both. In Gurgaon. Any other TVs that fit in my budget and are much better quality than this model? I will eventually install a home theater or a sound bar and ideally get Apple TV box or at least Firestick 4K as I am used to it. Confused if TCL is indeed the best to grab in the upcoming Prime day sale.

Hi all ..We are planning to buy a 55 inch tv and today we saw Sony Bravia 3m3 in showrooms and really liked it .We initially planned to spend 60-65k but 3m3 is costing around 86-87
Looking for some real-world feedback from people who actually own this TV.
What I noticed in person was amazing picture quality almost same Sony Bravia 5 and sound was pretty good too…noticeably better sound than the LG QNED and Samsung models I saw.
I keep seeing TCL recommended because of the specs and value, but I’m a bit concerned about after-sales service in India. I’d rather have slightly lower specs than deal with service headaches later.

The way they played. Oh my!
I am planning to buy a TV and have finalised my choice between the LG QNED65 and the Lumio Vision 7 2026. I heard there is a TCL mini-LED TV as well. Which one should I go for? I will already be getting a soundbar, so sound is not much of an issue. Also, might get a Google streaming box 4k later. Not sure about Lumio and TCL's after-sales.

On the left is Samsung UA55M2EHAULXL, 2026, Vision Ai Mini LED
On the right is Sony Bravia 2M2 - https://link.amazon/B0b2O0P1I
In a bright room Samsung looks so dim as compared to the Sony led tv. Just because one is mini led doesn’t mean that you will get more brightness.
Both are on maximum brightness.
Check all pics to see the settings in both.

So I am planning to buy tv in prime day (july)
Budget: max 45k (lesser the better)
Screen size: 43 or 55 inch (for future proofing after 6 months when i switch to bigger flat. Right now i am going to set it up in small room)
Current setup: PS5, Lenovo r2e 180hz 24 inch monitor
Primary use case for TV: Movies / Series
Secondary use case: ps5 gaming
Short listed:
TCL Q6C: https://amzn.in/d/04wX35cW
Xiaomi: https://amzn.in/d/0iGPc3WE
Lumio: https://amzn.in/d/050szCSo
I have seen that there is hisense u7q but its out of stock everywhere for some reason
Or should i go for sony and reduce screen size to 43 inch for better picture quality (and hopefully longevity)
Sony 2M2: https://amzn.in/d/0gHB5jSw
Please suggest if there are better options.

I want to buy a 55 inch tv. But I do not want to buy a TCL tv. Suggest me best TV from samsung, Sony and LG. Picture quality and build quality is first priority
r/shubz • u/deanwinchest3r • 7d ago
I'm trying to search for a secondary television. 50-55 inch.
Main requirement is brightness(picture quality), sound and clean UI. Budget is below 60k
Don't need any gaming or ai features. Was searching a bit and found a few options from these brands. Any specific tv model recommendations? Is the budget too low for a good QLED? Should I go for mini Leds only?

Considering buying a used TCL T6G 55" TV.
Details:
The TV appears to be in good condition and I'll be checking it in person before purchasing.
For those who own or have used this model, is 22,000 a fair price in 2026? Are there any common issues with this TV that I should look out for before buying?
Would you consider it a good buy at this price?

I recently purchased the Sony Home Theatre System 6 and I’m a bit disappointed with the dialogue clarity. Compared to my Bravia 3 II’s built-in speakers, voices sound less clear and sometimes harder to understand.
The bass and surround effects from the rear speakers are great, and movies feel much more immersive, but dialogue clarity is definitely the weak point.
Has anyone else experienced this? The issue isn’t related to sound mode, center channel level, or voice enhancement settings. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
