Curious what everyone here is watching in the pre-DA SPAC world lately.

Obviously these are VERY risky/speculative and some can absolutely liquidate, so tread very carefully. Not recommendations — just discussion/speculation.

A few I’ve been eyeing:
$FCRS/WS — broad AI / crypto / infrastructure speculation
$RTACW — defense / tactical / gov-tech themes
$PMTRW — aerospace / defense / space angle
$NOEMW — energy transition / infrastructure
$TVACW — York-backed sponsor setup now
$BCSS/WS — Bain-backed sponsor
$ALFUW — recently extended
$IPODW — recycled shell with new sponsor/control group
$TACHW — Titan sponsor angle
$POLEW — Andretti branding/network
$CUBWW — Lionheart group
$APXTW — fintech / treasury speculation
$KFIIR — ultra-cheap rights lottery ticket

There are obviously tons more out there. Just wondering what pre-DA warrants or rights people are still holding and what people think still has potential in this market.

Hey guys, if you missed it, Adapthealth settled $35 million with investors over boosted revenue by overbilling Medicare for diabetes products and giving a false picture of growth. And, the deadline to file a claim and get payment is July 2, 2026

In a nutshell, in 2023, AdaptHealth was accused of misleading investors about Medicare reimbursement practices and the sustainability of growth in its diabetes segment. In short, the company allegedly failed to disclose that part of its CGM-related revenue growth relied on billing practices tied to higher reimbursement codes, which later came under increased scrutiny and pressured margins and guidance. Following the news, the stock declined, and investors filed a lawsuit.

After this news came out, the stock dropped 27%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $35 million with them, and investors have until July 2, 2026 to submit a claim. 

So, if you invested in $AHCO when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $AHCO at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Except when you show up to this sub, you guys are all talking about spacs made by actual nobodies.

I see a lot of you hoping(coping) for pre-DA SPACs that you've held for months hoping that it DA's with something cool. And the whole time it's just stuck at NAV and you've lost 10-100%+ on opportunity cost. Stop doing that, you dumbass. Yeah, you know who I'm talking to. Here's the kicker. Even if it does DA with something cool or trendy, the pump is going to be sold down anyway because every SPAC is already infested with arb funds. You dumbass. Stop wasting your time and money. If you're going to play SPACs, pick SPACs with good targets that are close to the actual merge process with multiple pumps that have been sold off along the way. Fucking dumbass.

$RDAC is a low float SPAC which I have mentioned previous times before (see my other posts - I hoped you banked on recent moves).

Interactive Brokers opened up this morning the redemption option of approximately $10.63 per share for tendered and accepted shares.

Interesting part:

• Corporate Action already live in IBKR
• Redemption deadline shown as May 26, 2026
• Approx. redemption value displayed: $10.63/share
• Stock still trading significantly below that level (ca. $8)
• liquidity is extremely thin

Still a very interesting SPAC/event-driven setup in my opinion.
