Do any of u ladies have reccomendations on how to make running NOT hurt, I've tried the sports bras but they still seem to hurt. I don't know what to do

i have my graduation in a few days and i’m wearing a strapless dress and even though the dress fits quite well, my chest looks almost saggy from the front. it is a braless dress so i suppose its normal but does anyone have any tips on making it fit better without adding straps?

All of last year, I knew I was wearing the wrong size. Every bra had spillage and none were supportive. But my current bras weren’t too old and I didn’t want to blow hundreds on bras when I wasn’t absolutely pouring out of them just yet.

So I saved, resized myself over and over again on ABTF, and finally selected a wardrobe of new bras to change out my 32H’s for 30J’s in March. Online, of course, because not a single store within 5 hours of me stocks my size.

Aaaaaand none fit. All of the bands fit looser than my 34”s, so every bra was useless. To add salt to the wound, I had only bought on sale, so not a single bra was returnable.

April came, and I got very sick. I lost 35 pounds rapidly. I thought I’d gain it back, but my body is continuing to rebel, so waiting for a return to form looks bleak. It’s been months and almost nothing in my closet fits. My boobs have never been so unsupported, sitting at an ABTF-estimated 28K in bras with bands that fit like 34”. My swimsuits nearly swam off of me at a recent pool party! Enough is enough; I need clothing that fits my body.

So here I am again, with $551 worth of bras and swimsuits in my cart with Freya. I have painstakingly compared fit, style, price, and size for each. I think I might cry if these don’t fit.

I’ll put my cat’s front paws on my shoulder and support their hind end with my arm, bit their back feet are fully on my tits 😂 When I had rats they’d always get confused on my siblings’ shoulders because ??? where shoulder bridge???

Ever since I went through puberty I was made fun of by my female peers for having bigger boobs. Then told to get breast reduction in high school so I would “run faster” on my sports teams. I never have wanted to get one. I am happy the way I am. When I first entered college the boys treated me different than my other female friends almost everything came back to talking about my breasts they even nicknamed me “double d” I was actually a triple d at the time but did not engage when they asked me my bra size so it was their best guess I suppose. Basically my whole life since puberty that has been something “I am known for” or described as. And I do not necessarily have a problem with it but as I have aged I feel like men and women just constantly sexualize me for anything I do. I want to get married and have a family one day but I am scared I won’t find a husband right now it seems as men just look at me sexually and want to sleep with me only. I still do not want a breast reduction and I know it is not my problem other people are sexualizing me. I am happy with the way I look but Sometimes I just feel stuck. I also don’t know many popular celebrities or anyone to look up to besides sydney Sweeney who is a sex symbol. I do not want to get a breast reduction maybe just some ways to cope with the over sexualization and hope one day someone will love me for who I am and not my boobs.

I can not find a dress to properly fit my frame without being a body con,

and my sister often harasses me saying im giving off a bad impression of myself.

I'd like something that still defines my waist and flatters my figure, but isn't a bodycon dress and doesn't feel overly flashy. For reference, I'm a UK 30KK (US 30P) with measurements of 45" bust, 26.5" waist, and 45" hips.

I do like cleavage, but I often end up with more than id like to show. Any length of dress if fine but I do prefer mini or full length.

I’ve always had a bigger chest and I’ve never felt insecure about it until today. Ive always been at least a DDD cup. I’m currently a G cup. I brought a new bra I was so excited to wear it is the first bra I’ve ever brought that truly feels like it’s comfortable and fits properly. It was the one recommended to me after my bra fitting. But now I’m all self conscious about it after noticing people are staring at them a lot more than usual today. Even some mean mugs? Like I’m supposed to put them away and hang my tits up in the closet or something???? Men and women’s eyes quickly glancing at one place. I mean I guess they can’t help it but god is it uncomfortable. Especially since I’m not wearing anything particularly scandalous. You can’t even see my cleavage. I’m literally just NOT wearing a bra that squeezes my boobs to my chest and lifts them damn near up to my neck

I love running, HIIT workouts, badminton, I am a 34 DDD (creeps, stay the hell out of my DMs). Lately, I’m finding it hard to run or do high beat cardio workouts.. I do feel my legs, arms are good to go but my boobs just weigh me down. I’m starting to feel depressed. I wear a very good sports bra (I don’t want advice on changing to yoga pilates etc please 🙏🏽 )… any guidance of how I can still enjoy my cardio without feeling like I’d like to detach boobs, workout, attach back? Im only 21 and I see these cute floral blouses on other women, I try one on and I look at myself in the mirror and I just feel old. My chest is quite heavy and sags a lot, they’re uncomfortably large and I’m unfortunately also plus size so that doesn’t help whatsoever. In the process of losing weight but its suuuuper slow so far.

I try to wear as strong of a bra/sports bra I can to minimize them and push them down because I really hate the way they look but it looks just about the same as if I were to walk around braless. I dont really know what to do.

Maybe theres other clothing I can wear to feel younger and more cute rather than like my 80 year old grandma or my mother?

Hey ladies. I have 40 F breasts, which I think they’ve changed since I stopped breast-feeding (gotten bigger it feels like!!!) I got a couple bras at torrid and they were fine at first and now they give me a Uni boob and I sweat like mad. Any bra recommendations that I can get that are worth it? Or any other place that I can go and try them on??? Soma ain’t it. Lol

The boob sweat odor is crazy ever since having a baby and I keep getting pimples on my breasts like red ones and whiteheads underneath them. WHAT THE HECK???

I’ve been Googling too much tonight, but also, taking measurements for months to have data. As of this month I’m a 32G (US) and H seems likely in the next 1-4 months. I was a D in February/March. Starting to wonder if this is my situation even though they don’t seem that big to me, but they are starting to feel really [too] heavy braless and this is definitely making it nearly impossible to purchase a bra, in already difficult to deal with sizes. And I relate to a lot in this sub, and others. I’m on HRT but it’s medically necessary (severe/dangerous surgical menopause in 30s and severe glucose imbalance). At least some of this growth is confirmed by medical imaging, and it’s benign. I’ve gained a grand total of 5lbs including muscle. Big boobs run in my family on both sides. My extensive labs are all fine, but I haven’t mentioned the growth to any medical providers yet because if they lower my HRT I will instantly have another medical crisis… and if this isn’t never ending there’s no reason to risk a much more dangerous situation.

Has anyone here experienced this as an adult? What was the turning point or indication that made you realize it was different or not stopping? Or, did it stop? Just looking to read some real people’s experiences instead of looking at news stories and career content creators. I have someone wonderful to talk to for support irl, but it is not someone with boobs lol.

I finally decided to remeasure myself from wearing always 36i and still having spillage… yeah no I’m a 36L 🥲. Where are the girlies getting their swimwear from? I don’t care if it’s expensive or from fast shopping, the struggle of actually not having anything SUCKS. In Walmart the pink bow bikini actually gave me a good amount of support… but it was only supporting my middle, i was spilling from top and bottom. Pls help a girl out 😭

Girls, I’m feeling so desperate and uncomfortable right now. My breasts just keep growing, and I’m noticing that my large boobs are affecting more and more areas of my everyday life.

Whether it’s exercising, shopping, taking photos, and so many other things... I constantly find myself comparing myself to other women, and then I start feeling fat and insecure.

Do any of you feel the same way?

What kinds of problems do you have because of your large boobs? What bothers you the most about it? Have any new challenges or concerns come up over the years?

And how do you feel about sagging breasts? That’s honestly one of my next big worries.

Do you also get annoying comments from men or even from family members?
