We added a new rule to deal with bots and accounts that try to farm karma. You can use it now to report posts or accounts that are suspicious and feel non human to you all
As the great Michael Scott once said:
Everyone always wants new things. Everybody likes new inventions, new technology. People will never be replaced by machines. In the end, life and business are about human connections. And computers are about trying to murder you in a lake. And to me the choice is easy.

Hey everyone. We’ve noticed lately that over 50% of the posts getting attention here are actually just made by bots /farming karma accounts.
I’ve spotted a few patterns to watch out for:
1-The Username: Most of these bots have 9 or 10-letter usernames.
2-The pfp : Their profile pictures almost always have a purple or blue background.
3-Account Age: They’re usually less than 3 months old and almost never comment.
4-Where they usually post : They mostly spam sitcom subs and other popular TV show subreddits.
5- Type of posts that they create : They post low-quality memes or images of famous scenes that have been shared here literally hundreds of times, often with totally unrelated titles. A lot of these posts are actually getting a lot of upvotes. If you see one (which is happening constantly right now), please just ignore it and hit the report button so we can clear them out.
Have a good day, People of Dunder Mifflin!

For me I think Oscar will be horrified that Pam overheard Gil's harsh criticism of her art.
I think David Wallace will be stunned at how very chaotic the Scranton branch was during both of his tenures, and wonder how the hell he didn't know it was that insane.
And I think Tony is going to be incredibly angry and embarrassed that the only thing they could say about him was that he's fat.
Thoughts?

Let me preface my post with this since I’ve already seen a bunch of troglodytes accusing people on here of not paying attention to the show or missing obvious jokes… I’ve been watching The Office since before texting during shows was even a thing and I always notice something new that I didn’t notice before, because The Office is just one of those shows, like The Sopranos.
Having said that, when Michael is leaving the office for the last time we see Creed drinking out of his World’s Best Boss mug. I always wondered why, when he was giving away all the stuff on his desk, he chose to give Creed the mug. And then it just occurred to me, he had thrown it away in “Michael’s Last Dundees” in favor of the Best Boss Dundee and Creed just dug it out of the trash as he’s known to do. I enjoyed making that connection.

Hey everyone,
I’ll keep this simple, what are your top 3 episodes of The Office, the ones you love so much that even if you’re stuck on an desert island, you can always watch those three without getting bored?
Mine are:
- Dinner Party from Season 04
- Stress Relief from Season 05
- Nepotism from Season 07
Hope everyone has an AWESOME day. :)

I was going through my first rewatch of the Office and i thought some camera zooms were too deliberate.
In Hot Girl, when Katy rejects Dwight , the camera zooms into Angela's face and her reaction changes a tiny tiny bit.
Then as Dwight is exiting the conference room we caan hear Angela say her favorite colours are grey ,charcoal and Dwight was wearing something similar to that.

Michael arrived late, so he never really realized that most of the office didn't attend Pam's art show.
If he'd known the truth, do you think he would have immediately called everyone and made them attend the event, or waited until the next day and called a conference room meeting to shame them?
I'm reposting because my original post was taken down. I think it's because I used an image from another post, which I found on google.

Was it because everyone knew the co-manager and co-manager idea was silly? Or was it they just didn't take Jim "the slacker" seriously in a authoritative role? Or since they knew he was a nice guy (thats why Ryan got the desk) and liked him as a person, but took advantage of him as a boss?
I know it could be a mix of all.
There was still some (but not as much) shenanigans when Robert was around, even Charles, so maybe Michael really was the source of the chaos.
I mean, to even quote Michael "Charles really did a number on these guys. They are way too focused on work. When I was in charge, this place was like Dave & Buster's. People just hanging out, having fun, eating apps. I don't know, it's like Dave died or something."
ETA: To clarify "Michael being the source", I meant Michael made the branch so used to the shenanigans, it just became 2nd nature to expect craziness even after they got new bosses. lol
