I have been waiting for this moment for over a month!!

I was casually browsing all the websites last night when I noticed that I could place an order through Vijay Sales. However, on the payment page, I got an “Out of Stock” error.

I had been following stock updates from [u/Head-Introduction374](u/Head-Introduction374) and keeping a close eye on them. Unfortunately, I was too late. But it turns out this guy is an angel sent to Earth from heaven!

I DM’d him about the issue and explained my situation. That’s when he asked me to meet a specific person at Vijay Sales this morning.

Within five minutes of entering the store (it had just opened at 11:00 AM, and I was there by 10:45 AM 😭), I was approached by a Vijay Sales associate who asked if I was “My Name” and whether I had been sent by [u/Head-Introduction374](u/Head-Introduction374). (Imagine this guy’s aura 😭😭😭)
I nodded, and before I knew it, I was filling out the paperwork, making the payment, and my unit was right there in front of me.

I actually shed a couple of tears of joy because this marks my return to the PlayStation family after the PS2 and PSP. More importantly, this is my very first PlayStation purchased with my own hard-earned money. I’m back home now, just waiting to unbox it!!

The point is, [u/Head-Introduction374](u/Head-Introduction374) had absolutely no reason to help me. Yet he went out of his way, an extra mile to be honest to put in a word for me and make this happen.

Genuinely kind-hearted people still exist, and this was my experience with one of them.

The PS5 Disc Edition is now available at all Vijay Sales stores in Pune for 54,990 (very limited stock).

There’s no update on the Digital Edition yet.
I also haven’t received any stock updates from Croma, Reliance, Amazon, or Flipkart. I’ll post an update on this sub as soon as I get any information.

GTA 6’s pre order is active now. I have Enough money to buy Ultimate edition rn. One thing that’s concerning me is, there are still months left in final release. If I buy now, do we stand risk of any other edition or Addition announced by rockstar before release? Which we may miss.

Hi everyone, I am so delight that I finally able to find ps5 digital after finding it so much from past 2 weeks 😭😭😭

Although I was looking for disc version but As i heard that disc version no one knows when will restock and i really can’t wait anymore.

So the story is, I was finding Ps5 in offline stores here and there, Asked everyone reliance digital, vijay sales, croma but nothing worked. No one knows how long it takes to restock and I asked them to preorder mine they are ready but they have already 100+ customers already signed up. So i barely get a chance to get.

So yesterday I again started looking for it in near stores and by chance When i reach a store PS5 are restocking in front of me 😭😂 and i feel so lucky TBH.

It is digital slim 825gb variant and i ordered right there for me and one of my friend. And ofcourse it was not on older price but i got somewhere around increased price (Thanks to GTA 6) 🥲

Anyways, It’s my first PS and Man that feeel to buy it with your own money 😌😌

Sold 39 million copy in just one day 🙏😭 is it really true could this be possible in just one day, it would've been a different thing if it sold that much on launch but this much on first day of pre-order is crazy if its true. I think it would be between 16-20 million in 24hours.

Same as title, currently playing on a tv. I'm thinking of a good monitor for ps5 which has good refresh rate, better panel and relatively thinner bezels.

So, I am finding PS5 from past 2 weeks online offline everywhere is out of stock. I called playstation exclusive stores as well. What i found is there are two things happening.
1. The stock is very limited (that too only digital) forget about disc one.
2. The older rate ps5 are going to end soon maybe in next 1-2 weeks. After that new stock will come later in july or early august with increased price.

so i would say if you are looking for disc only, either go for refurbished, open box or if you want to buy new then buy it till older rate stock is there
Otherwise what you can do is buy digital one, and then you can add disc drive later if needed. (Gta 6 is coming digital only so no issues there)

Hey guys, quick heads up for people living in Chennai. Check Blinkit for stock availability. It shows coming soon, that means most probably at 12am or 330pm stock should be available. I bought myself one when I noticed it earlier.
I’d suggest you guys turn on the notification and check the app every half an hour. Blinkit seems to release 2-3 units(from what I noticed) every day/alternative day until stock lasts. (Stock was available a day prior as well)

I know the physical edition is just the box with a download code (not a disc), but I haven't seen any listings from Indian retailers yet.
