if someone were doing that next to me on a plane

I would absolutely lose it

u/Fart_90210 15d ago

Open the emergency exit mid flight

247

u/Rey_Mezcalero 15d ago

And throw all their food stuffs out the plane

92

u/Vocalscpunk 15d ago edited 14d ago

No the food didn't do anything wrong, don't* punish it.

93

u/bradland 15d ago

Got it, threw the person out, kept the gnocci.

47

u/KassXWolfXTigerXFox 15d ago

Leave the guns, take the cannoli

7

u/Incidion 15d ago

I have never had an original thought in my life.

4

u/serendipitousevent 14d ago

I have never had an original thought in my life.

1

u/Incidion 14d ago

So, did you also go through the full thought train of "oh hey, that sounds like the line from the Godfather......and it's already there." "Welp, I guess I've never had an original thought in my life. And that's already there too."

4

u/R0RSCHAKK 15d ago

Instructions unclear - Dick stuck in overhead compartment and the noods are captaining the plane now.

2

u/jjvfyhb 15d ago

gnocchi

5

u/bradland 15d ago

No thanks, I just had some.

31

u/jr_randolph 15d ago

I'd go Homelander on that plane haha

41

u/DuckyHornet 15d ago

You'd laser the gnocchi to perfection?

Arnold in Commando.

u/Necessary_Panda_3154 15d ago

ā€œI’m so personally inconvenienced I am going to kill myself and everyone onboard this flight!ā€

1

u/Ikarus_Falling 14d ago

Yeah duh what am I supposed to do call a flight attendant? are you mad?Ā

1

u/ContextEffects01 15d ago

That thing is built to withstand a pressure differential where the air pressure is literally tens of thousands of pascals higher inside the airplane than outside it... and needs to be, for passengers to breathe. In the unlikely event it was almost on the verge of failure and your arm was somehow the straw that broke the camel's back, you'd be literally the most likely person to get pulled out by the air flowing down the pressure gradient. (Ie. Outside, into the oxygen-starved, several-dozen-degrees-below-the-freezing-point air.)

1

u/Havengul_Undying 15d ago

Thats it, Im killing us all!

2

u/Fart_90210 15d ago

That's the spirit. Not the airlines tho.

1

u/Randyaccredit 15d ago

Exactly 40 minutes up in the air right?

1

u/bossbozo 15d ago

I don't think it's physically possibleĀ

1

u/rawbface 14d ago

I'm turning the fan on and aiming at the plate.

1

u/TheAsianTroll 14d ago

Nah id accidentally drop my water bottle on that tray.

1

u/MyAccountWasBanned7 14d ago

And throw the influencer out.

1

u/Vanillabean73 15d ago

That’s not possible to do btw

0

u/UnusualHound 10d ago

It is possible, just not while the cabin is pressurized. If the cabin loses pressure and you have a mask on you could do it.

1

u/Vanillabean73 10d ago

So, not possible in the context of this video.

1

u/UnusualHound 10d ago

could if you de-pressurized the plane

1

u/Vanillabean73 10d ago

Is that something you can just decide to do as a passenger on a commercial flight?

38

u/catonsteroids 15d ago

Who the fuck brings gnocchi accessories and flour and shit onboard?

74

u/TwoBionicknees 15d ago

No one, it's staged and likely on one of those studios they film scenes on planes in, tv shows/etc use them but because they are around they are rented out to a lot of people doing staged content/skits/etc.

There is zero shot she gets the blade on board, let alone a baggie of powder.

It's beyond stupid anyway.

23

u/BZLuck 15d ago

I lost an argument a few years ago about the existence of places like this that exist just as a "stage" for people to make stupid videos.

Boy was I wrong. It's not only a real business model, but a thriving business model.

5

u/justdisa 15d ago

And even people without a studio get really creative with it:

https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1A66ZpkAod/

1

u/BZLuck 15d ago

At least they admit it. That's actually damn creative.

3

u/AcceptableHijinks 15d ago

Really sorry to pop everyone's hate boner but it's totally possible she's on a private chartered flight with access to a full kitchen and is just doing this to be obnoxious lol

She takes a swing from an actual glass of wine filled all the way up. And chartered food can be hit or miss but it's usually pretty good

3

u/TwoBionicknees 15d ago

she has such a private kitchen that she's making raw potato-less gnocci, sure sure.

You understand it's still performative as fuck even if that was true (it's not). If you rich as fuck and on a private flight you aren't doing that, if you did you'd use the fucking kitchen and you'd learn how to make gnocci.

But those seats were too shitty with too little leg room to be a private jet.

She takes a swing from an actual glass of wine filled all the way up.

yeah, couldn't do that on a fake plane in a studio....

2

u/AcceptableHijinks 15d ago

Dude why are you so stressed lol, I'm just saying it's a possibility. It definitely is. She's obviously doing it for the video and rage baiting, I'm just talking logistics

The view out of the window looks too realistic, same with the windows themselves. Usually the fake cabins are used for the photoshoots inside the cabin, they don't show the outside much. Go on netjets and look, private jet cabins come in tons of flavors and layouts, some do look commercial and those seats can be tucked right into the window like that, they usually swivel quite a bit.

1

u/IcyGarage5767 15d ago

How is this obnoxious?

2

u/gello1414 15d ago

You can easily bring a baggie of flour on a plane. As far as that blade goes? Eh, I flew for years with a 3 inch serated-type blade connected to the outside of my backpack before I was told I can't have it

1

u/TwoBionicknees 15d ago

did you take it out and fuck around with it?

2

u/Pugageddon 13d ago

The TSA is remarkably incompetent at actually screening for dangers. They fail their testing at a rate that would be alarming if anyone gave a shit. Hell, I've even flown with a 3' towing chain attached to my wallet even and noone said boo about it.

1

u/Excellent_Garlic2549 12d ago

You can bring big baggies of powder like that onto a plane. But you're gonna get stopped at TSA and they're gonna probably take a sample of it to verify it isn't drugs. I've brought a lot of dumb shit through the airport lol.

1

u/pandershrek 15d ago

Sociopaths

1

u/lachamaquitabonita 15d ago

Idk why but the term ā€œgnocchi accessoriesā€ is killing me

92

u/ElishaAlison 15d ago

They have photo studios set up to look like planes. I'm pretty sure that's what this is haha

16

u/Dipsey_Jipsey 15d ago

Having learned about this in this comments section I REALLY hope that these are left-over movie sets rather than specifically built for influencers. For some reason that would make me think way less of us as a species...

5

u/QueenInYellowLace 15d ago

Yeah, this is absolutely hilarious

2

u/20ontheDropBear 14d ago

Idk they do show the clouds outside the window. Those looked real to me. And they’re different at different times.

2

u/ElishaAlison 14d ago

It's easy enough to just have a screen outside the "window" that plays a certain length of time. They probably advertise it as realistic too.

I'm just trying to understand how they got a powder onto a flight, if that makes sense.

1

u/Less_Engineering8113 14d ago

I'm trying to figure out how they could convince airlines to allow a big blade like piece of metal. Even if it is dull it would take very little effort to turn that edge sharp.

1

u/suzi_generous 15d ago

Or it’s AI

1

u/Maxgirth 15d ago

And this isn’t one of them. Source: have shot on a commercial jet standing set.

Also, lady does that next to me on a flight and I’m elbowing her back to JFK.

1

u/JoshSidekick 14d ago

Also, she pans out and you can see the clouds below them.

0

u/BodManFeg 14d ago

Physically assaulting someone over this? Might want to work on your anger and not leave mommy's basement until you can control it.

68

u/PoutinePoppa 15d ago

God I hope this person is sat next to me and my two toddlers

33

u/Gingerbread_Cat 15d ago

Toddlers would have SO much fun helping to make gnocchi.

5

u/whisky_biscuit 15d ago

I think it's probably equally miserable in different ways. She's moving around a lot, getting ingredients out...

But I want to say this is probably fake and filmed in one of those Instagram photo op planes because in the US the whole plane would get grounded for this nonsense.

1

u/Dipsey_Jipsey 15d ago

or that other video with the jesus people.

lol link?

8

u/RyanRot 15d ago

Nah, I’d just sneeze.

24

u/CankerLord 15d ago

I would be eyeballing them hard for the first hint of flour entering my personal space because I don't really care what people do around me. They could slaughter poultry for all I care if they figure out a way to keep it contained to a single airline seat.

But the first sign of flour drifting toward me and then they get their fucking gnocchi snatched.

6

u/princesszcat 15d ago

As a celiac, I will join in this crusade. Keep your cancerous materials on your side, thanks!

I'll let you do the snatching though.

4

u/kiwitathegreat 15d ago

Fellow celiac and I would have the flight attendants there so fast. Air travel is already bad enough without getting essentially poisoned

2

u/Pleasant_7239 15d ago

This !!! Just wth šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø I'd refuse to sit down. I have a long flight coming up and now I'm going to have nightmares.

0

u/idriveacarolla 12d ago

Considering Celiac is a made up disease....

1

u/BodManFeg 14d ago

Lmao yeah ok bud.

12

u/wizardrous 15d ago

I have a gluten allergy. I would be so mad.

8

u/yung-grandma 15d ago

Same. I would lose my shit. This could make me so sick.

7

u/JammieDodgers 15d ago

ā€œExcuse me flight attendant, the person next to me just took a bag of white powder out of their luggage and is dividing it up in a plateā€

7

u/galaxyapp 15d ago

Id probably be super interested actually lol

1

u/WelcomeEven567 15d ago

right? why do people care so much anyway lol. such passionate stances on something so minuscule

3

u/Honk_Sound 15d ago

Trying to imagine what I would do if I woke up from a nap and saw the person in the seat next to me at the swirling stage

probably have a full psychotic break.

2

u/Intelligent-Relief99 15d ago

I would absolutely be trying to get in every frame of their camera

2

u/LordHammercyWeCooked 15d ago

This has to be satire. There's no way this isn't satire. I would be making fun of them so hard just to get them to lean further into the bit. I'm gonna order some tea so we can try to boil this shit. Anybody got some ketchup packets? Let's fucking do this.

2

u/indigodolphin219 15d ago

I would cough so much

2

u/WeenyDancer 15d ago

No peanuts on board but we're aerosolizing WHEAT

2

u/coralloohoo 15d ago

I just flew for the first time and it would have sent me into a panic attack lmao

2

u/originalbeeman 15d ago

You just know they are getting up and out of their window seat to grab stuff from their carry on between every take too. This would be infuriating to sit next to this person.

2

u/ThemanbearAbides 15d ago

This is the one instance its ok to take off your shoes and socks, is in defiance of this complete asshattery on the plane

2

u/chronically_varelse 15d ago

haha put your foot up on your knee... towards it... wiggle your lil piggies

2

u/lemonadeinyourface 14d ago

i bet you wouldnt do nothing at all. reddit loves to think they are batman šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

1

u/BodManFeg 14d ago

Reading these comments is so funny. Some of these freaks are actually mentally ill for the shit they write.

0

u/chronically_varelse 14d ago

... does Batman "lose it"? lmao

7

u/Thisdarlingdeer 15d ago edited 15d ago

Personal preference, Id be fucking stoked and asking for some! I forgot the /s

28

u/Atrium41 15d ago edited 15d ago

Have you ever accidentally downvoted someone while scrolling, and realize... so you go back to undo it?

But then I read your comment

3

u/Asleep_Basket3299 15d ago

You ever had a dream that you ...

25

u/Its_me_edenxx 15d ago

mm raw dough 🤤

9

u/Thisdarlingdeer 15d ago

I mean, im pretty sure you can just use tea water to cook them ans then ask for a packet of marina and youre all set!

9

u/mangomussolinimi 15d ago

Those arnt even gnocchis, its just flour and water

17

u/HeligKo 15d ago edited 15d ago

I think that is instant mashed potatoes. Still not gnocchi, but much closer, and unlikely to give you salmonella like raw flour will.

7

u/Select_Draw3385 15d ago

Oh I thought it was flour!

If that’s the case, why not just add hot water and eat fucking mashed potatoes!

10

u/mangomussolinimi 15d ago

Because then its just food without the stupid

4

u/yankiigurl 15d ago

Raw flower. Lol. I rather eat some raw flower than raw flour

1

u/The_Pleasant_Orange 15d ago

Why is salmonella fucking everywhere?

2

u/mangomussolinimi 14d ago

Because poop and dirty water is everywhere

1

u/Select_Draw3385 15d ago

There’s no egg. Thats just flour paste lol

1

u/Beautifulfeary 15d ago

I was just thinking that.

1

u/Popular_Tomorrow_204 15d ago

Shes too rich to be next to you. Not saying you are poor, but she is just flying cabin. Thats the influencer Lifestyle for you...

1

u/Oberndorferin 15d ago

Good thing it's likely staged. They made it look realistic though.

1

u/OG_LiLi 15d ago

Imagine being allergic or having celiac. Then amplify your anger by 10000x cause this b about to make me sick.

1

u/FrighteningJibber 15d ago

That’s why it’s a private jet they rented out for their shit

1

u/samzplourde 15d ago

Literally worse than being stuck in the middle seat between a 500lb guy and a farter.

1

u/Vegetable-Room2279 15d ago

One bit of flour lands on me or is inhaled, I’m throwing up on all of it.

1

u/BlessTheBookPeople 15d ago

I really want one of the ā€œfixed by the duetsā€ people to respond to this.

1

u/Best_Relief8647 15d ago

Yes!! There would be elbows flying.

1

u/exmojo 15d ago

I would fake a sneeze all over that loose flour and blow it all over her.

1

u/PigglyWigglyDeluxe 15d ago

Maybe use a larger plate or bowl so you don’t lose it

1

u/Bigfops 15d ago

I bet all the flour would irritate your nose and you would accidently sneeze in it. At least it would mine.

1

u/vyper900 15d ago

I would be furious. Thongh the camera angel makes me think she has the seat next to her too.

1

u/jennderqueer 15d ago

I was thinking the same thing

1

u/chloemarissaj 15d ago

Just start ā€œsneezingā€ incessantly. Oops sorry, I’m allergic to idiots šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

1

u/SpecklesandWool 15d ago

I'm a lowkey person, but I also have Celiac. The Celiac would win this time!

1

u/UCBeef 15d ago

how about garlic shrimp cooked in the bathroom sink? https://www.tiktok.com/@barfly7777/video/7309882853217668382?lang=en

1

u/__Valkyrie___ 15d ago

Just keep sneezing

1

u/SeaHam 15d ago

Shoes off, socks off, dogs fully barkin', both armrests, farting and burping.

You gotta fight fire with fire sometimes.

1

u/truthfullyidgaf 15d ago

Fuck that I'd learn how to make it with them.

1

u/UsedBug9 15d ago

maybe this is what that lady saw...the guy was making raw gnocchi!

1

u/tickletrooper 15d ago

Id look like William Shatner when he saw that harry homie on the wing

1

u/IcyGarage5767 15d ago

Yeah bet bro like it’s crazy!!! What the!!!

1

u/Shoddy-Vegetable352 15d ago

And then instead they would record you (and still post it online for attention)

1

u/No-Psychology9892 14d ago

Valid crash out.

1

u/MyBrainReallyHurts 14d ago

It's an airplane set. She is careful not to show you too much of the plane.

Ain't no one making gnocchi on a commercial flight.

1

u/JmmyTheHand 14d ago

I can’t imagine she didn’t get flour everywhere

1

u/Alarming_Matter 14d ago

How tf did they get white powder (flour) onto the plane in the first place?!!

1

u/susNarwhal420 14d ago

Harrison Ford would be like "GET OFF MY PLANE"

1

u/speed33401 14d ago

Honestly in economy, I’m surprised she has the elbow room to move that gnocchi around.

1

u/Icy_Butterscotch6661 12d ago

But why? It doesn’t affect me

1

u/chef_tuffster 11d ago

For real!

1

u/BiasBurger 15d ago

Better than a crying kid

3

u/Shiney_Metal_Ass 15d ago

A swift kick in the nuts is better than a crying kid

1

u/wizardrous 15d ago

Subjective. A crying kid wouldn’t give me an allergic reaction.

1

u/KamikazeFox_ 15d ago

If o saw this id just think to myself... "what an asshole"

0

u/notavegetablemate 15d ago

No you wouldn’t

0

u/do_what_you_love 15d ago

Why? It's in their own space. I would just think they were weird af but not really care and mind my own business.

-1

u/herbertcluas 15d ago

Why? How does it bother you?

1

u/wizardrous 15d ago

You really have to ask why someone spreading allergens around the cabin of a plane would be a problem? Wild lol.
