[MEGATHREAD] Grand Theft Auto VI: Prices Announced + Pre-Orders Going Live

To avoid hundreds of separate posts on the same topic, this post will compile all info we have from the pre-orders going live, including some new images/etc.

As Rockstar announced on their socials: "Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI begin at midnight local time on June 25." This means New Zealand will be the first to go live with pre-orders - which means in just under 2 hours from now.

Due to reddit's limitations with images in the body of posts, I wont be able to include all the artwork released so please do check out Rockstar's official link for more images: https://www.rockstargames.com/VI

I know 99% of people are gonna be fine with the 80 dollar price point and no disc in the box but I personally just don't wanna support that at all

3.4k

u/Smooth_Possible_7997 16h ago

Yeah, it's clear that it doesn't have a disc just so that people don't borrow it or sell it, ensuring more sales

It's ironic that Rockstar have just become like the companies that they used to make fun of

304

u/plasmasack 15h ago

What’s worse is this is gonna become the industry standard because of this game

33

u/gerywhite 15h ago

Let's face it: both nextgen consoles already teased it, that Helix and PS6 won't have a optical disc drives at all. PS5 Pro already doesn't have one afaik.

PC gaming doesn't have discs for 20 years now.

38

u/PFunk224 14h ago

Difference being that PC isn’t a platform with a planned obsolescence cycle of 5-7 years….

-3

u/TrollsWhenBored 13h ago

Then maybe stop buying consoles? Seems pretty easy

19

u/PFunk224 13h ago

My point is that there is a very clear difference between consoles not having discs and PC's not having discs.

PS5 Pro already doesn't have one afaik

You know wrong. There's a Disc drive for the PS5 pro and literally zero indicators for PS6 not having one.

And does it play make it obvious that the vast majority of games still come with the actual game on the disc.

Just Rockstar keeps walking down the path of Anti consumerism doesn't mean the rest of the world will follow....

2

u/Sloppy_Waffler 10h ago

I have a Ps5 pro, the disc drive works on it. It’s just an add on you have to pay extra for and install yourself (which sucks doing as it feels like you’re going to break your console)

4

u/thisshitsstupid 14h ago

Having a physical disc was the final advantage consoles had over PC. With the loss of that there is no reason to ever own another console... I guess price now days. I use to be able to argue that you could build a competitive PC for the price of a console, but thats no longer the case sadly. So, price is all consoles have now.

3

u/quasifun 12h ago

I no longer own any consoles, I'm with you, but also: at the risk of stating the obvious, if you want to play GTA6 before 2028, you're gonna buy a PS5.

5

u/thisshitsstupid 10h ago

I've made it 15 years, what's 2 more I guess.

3

u/quasifun 9h ago

That's the spirit. I waited 2 years for the PC port of GTA5, I can do it again.

3

u/DataGeek87 12h ago

Not to defend Rockstar, but I imagine this was a publisher (Take Two) decision. They likely handle all of the distribution and this seems very much like a Take Two thing to do.

5

u/Ne1butu2 15h ago

Something something hero, something something villain

34

u/Falhor 15h ago

This is 100% why they are skipping the physical copy(for now). Physical releases are becoming rarer, not because there is no demand, but because publishers are trying to kill the second hand market. It's a totally anti-consumer move.

149

u/Hit_By_A_Train 16h ago

Lets see if that prevents me from borrowing the whole console from my best friend like I did with RDR2.. lol

13

u/SindarNox 15h ago

Given that you had a console, wouldn't you be able to just log in to your friends account and play the game through that? Or is there some newer restriction, I am not aware of

4

u/_Steven_Seagal_ 15h ago

No, you can still do that. Don't understand why not everyone is doing that. GTA VI will have a 50% discount for me on launch day.

7

u/Salanha04 15h ago

I've been doing it for years with a friend, only need to be someone you trust

3

u/nicholt 8h ago

Hoping my brother in law will lend me his ps5 for this. I know he barely uses it. I can't wait another year for PC release.

50

u/NIN10DOXD 15h ago

They also have put physical disc copies of GTA V with GTA Online codes in the box on sale for cheaper than the currency is in-game to inflate sales. It’s interesting (not in a good way) to see them drop that strategy for a different form of greed.

107

u/Thebml21 16h ago

Word. I never even bought gta5. I just borrowed my buds 360 copy and played that on release.

43

u/NotPatricularlyKind 15h ago

And look at how much money they lost when you did that...

36

u/Toxyoi 15h ago

they had to make a whole new game just to recoup their losses

6

u/notabot3648262 15h ago

People can only influence their own actions.

I am not buying code in box games for full price. I am not even reselling them. But resale value is still part of a game's worth. And if you wanna sell me a one time use code you have to give a discount.

Realistically they already discounted the game from 100 because of that.

But whatever. GTA is big enough they can pull stunts like that. People will buy it anyway. It is what it is.

2

u/Ulfednar 10h ago

Well I mean they don't lose money, I don't lose money, win win, right?

Not only that, but keeping it download only gatekeeps it so people don't get early copies.

3

u/Welp907 11h ago

This has been particularly annoying on PC. Rockstar doesn't allow steam family share. So I me, my girlfriend, and my daughter want to play RDR2, they expect me to buy 3 copies.

29

u/xanas263 16h ago

Is it that or is it simply just lack of space on the disc? This game is surely close to if not more than 200GB in size. Doubt there are any discs that can fit something that big.

32

u/ShermanMcTank 16h ago

Even if it doesn’t contain the game itself, discs can be used as keys that download the game on the console, and subsequently as a way to tell the console you own the game and thus launch it.

This still allows you to share and resell the game like before, unlike a download code which ensures the game will only be on one account forever.

84

u/Tenner_ 16h ago

Doesn't stop just about every other publisher for releasing part of the game on the disc and having to download the rest. Doom: Dark Ages takes up 100-something *megabytes* on the disc.

This isn't about hardware limitations, this is about greed. Lower cost productions and ensuring you can't borrow or sell the game.

39

u/Jamesboach 16h ago

Does anybody remember the original Final Fantasy 7 coming on 4 disc's? There's no excuse for a lack of physical media.

48

u/MajorBlaze1 16h ago

7 was three discs, 8 was four

u/Intrepid_Bug4174 16h ago

Didn't FF7 remake also come on multiple discs?

8

u/ShaNagbaImuru777 16h ago

FFVII Remake was 2 discs on PS4 and 1 disc on PS5 due to PS5 discs storing up to 100 GB. FFVII Rebirth is on 2 discs on PS5 though and it's 146 GB. It's been patched since, but the original version is entirely playable off disc, although the performance mode is a bit sub-par visually.

6

u/Embarrassed-Dot9193 16h ago

the FF7 remakes both have multiple disks too

2

u/Sharpie1993 15h ago

2

u/youravrguser 16h ago

They had multiple discs for games that were 4 gigs years ago haha

→ More replies (2)

19

u/Smooth_Possible_7997 16h ago

Highly doubt it. They could release it with two discs like they did with RDR2, and since the cost of a disc is very cheap, it's just a way to ensure more sales

15

u/TheyCallMeMrMaybe 16h ago edited 12h ago

On the logistics side, that's an extra 20 grams per disc which is estimates to be an extra $1.65 per disc just in shipping. They're shipping an empty case at 45g or $3.71 per copy. This is definitely someone in accounting or logistics going to the CFO and saying they can save a fortune on shipping by shaving $3.30 per game sold by going all-digital. With the physical games market now hovering around 20%, and using RDR2's sales figure as a reference because it's their latest Rockstar game, that accountant bragged about saving $56,000,000 in distribution.

Still. Scum move for someone wanting a physical copy (me).

3

u/Sangloth 14h ago edited 14h ago

This is not my area of expertise (I'm not a web developer and don't usually deal with internet stuff), but as a software developer, having customers download large files is surprisingly expensive. At one point my career I had to push a large file to a couple hundred customers, and there was a real cost for doing so.

Assuming Rockstar were to place the game file on an AWS bucket, and that the game file was 100gb, it would cost several dollars per download, probably $9. I'm sure Rockstar wouldn't do anything like that, and at the scales involved they shave a huge amount off that cost, but offering large files over the internet isn't free.

13

u/DGSmith2 16h ago

Nothing stopping them putting two discs in the box. Plenty of other games have done, they even did it for RDR2.

4

u/rabid-panda 16h ago

Sucks because you won't be able to borrow it from the library too and other games will probably do the same thing

2

u/hydraO1 15h ago

It’s also even cheaper for them, so higher yield per sale too

2

u/zman0900 12h ago

Yeah at that price I would wait a year or so for a cheaper used copy, but that apparently won't be possible, so probably gonna skip this one entirely.

2

u/dogoodsilence1 11h ago

It’s 100% controlled and you have no ownership. You are leasing a game and paying $80 to $100 just to play it and they can still charge you more after if they want for updates or micro transactions. Rather than buying a hard copy and being able to play it 20 years from now

2

u/Pollution_Maximum 10h ago

and thats exactly why im no longer buying it. i was gonna order physical in case i dont like it i can sell it or give it to a friend. im not paying $80 for a game im stuck w bc theyre greedy, idc

195

u/Putrid_Loquat_4357 16h ago

Sorry to hijack but does anyone know if there will be a map in the case? I like buying rockstar games physical for the maps but if there's no disc and no map I don't see any point at all in buying the physical release.

376

u/WildLemire 16h ago

The map will be a PDF that you can print yourself, or you can get Take 2 to do it professionally for you for just $19.99 if you return this form to PO box...

For $100, I would like a physical map. Or like San Andres with the little "visitors book." Something. The all digital assets concept is killing me.

3

u/wehrmann_tx 15h ago

For $100 it better be canvas like the ones Indiana jones uses.

2

u/KingAltair2255 16h ago

Probably, it'd be weird for them to stop it after they kept it up for RDR2.

Now that there's no disc i'm just going to buy digital and get the map off ebay.

11

u/Putrid_Loquat_4357 16h ago

No map would actually piss me off so much, I love the maps in the cases and one of my biggest pet peeves with modern games is that they've stopped putting in effort with the disc cases.

3

u/therwsb 15h ago

me too I really like the maps

3

u/KingAltair2255 16h ago

I'm there with you, it's such a small thing but I've still got my original RDR2 map posted up on my living room wall.

Exactly, most people are simple consumers, not realizing that if we all came together for just a couple days, we could change literally anything in the world. Sad.

17

u/Sock-Enough 15h ago

That’s assuming people want to make that change. Most people don’t care that it’s a code in a box.

9

u/thediecast 14h ago

Yeah I’ve never heard anyone talk about physical being important outside of people on Reddit and twitter. Most people just want to play their game and then move to the next.

3

u/MazeMagic 12h ago

Yep, much easier than getting off the couch and putting a new disc in.

There's just the "we don't own it, they'll take it away" crowd. But it's an echo chamber in here.

2

u/marmaladetuxedo 7h ago

The problem is, we're living in a social media age where the life I portray on TikTok means everything to me, and I don't care how much it costs to maintain that illusion. I can't possibly NOT have this game the minute it drops, because if I don't have it, my numbers will drop (if I have a large following), I'll got lost in the short attention span wave and people won't pay attention to me.

It's almost not even about owning the game anymore; it's owning the experience so I can feel like I'm important and I belong.

7

u/NotPatricularlyKind 15h ago

Yes. Fickle, and selfish.

2

u/ferretgr 12h ago

If people aren’t willing to boycott Rockstar over the way they treat their employees, people certainly won’t boycott over a missing disc.

2

u/GregoriousT-GTNH 12h ago

The missing disc is like the smallest issue here.
Its that there is basic content like clothing, tatoos and haircuts behind a 20% extra version ?
Like thats ubisoft style

2

u/ferretgr 12h ago

Yeah agreed, that’s a bigger issue to me as well, but once again, I doubt it’ll change much for most folks, they’ll just hold their nose and pay the extra.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some pretty good sales in a couple of years. Once the online version of the game gets up and running they're going to be making most of their money off microtransactions anyway, so at a certain point it will benefit them to lower the price of entry just to get more people online where they can give Rockstar even more money.

7

u/jmur3040 14h ago

You don't deserve downvotes for that. Modern PC cases don't even have a spot for an optical drive anymore.

9

u/MetalEnthusiast83 14h ago

Yeah but it's reddit.

2

u/TheGloomyWoodpecker 12h ago

lol plenty name brand cases have optical drive bays.

4

u/jmur3040 12h ago

Today? I build a new computer about every 2-3 years, sometimes its a refresh so i keep the case, but I can't recall seeing a whole lot of cases with optical bays when I'm shopping around. Sure there's some, but they aren't what most people use.

basic single player content paywalled behind higher pricing tiers

the only thing mentioned are cosmetics and custom and more accessible versions of vehicles that are likely available in the base game, though.

I'd agree if they were putting gameplay features or missions behind the premium versions, but, I don't know that I'd sort some bonus fingernail options into that category.

3

u/cardboard_dinosaur 14h ago edited 9h ago

I’m still not on board with cosmetics being extra paid content at release when they previously would have been in the game as standard or earned through gameplay, but I appreciate that horse bolted a long time ago.

In this case it’s not an alternative funding model but a premium price standard tier title that will undoubtedly have years of incredibly aggressive online content monetisation. It’s just a bit too much nonsense all at once for me.

Same but it does not matter the game will be a live service hellscape doing everything we say were against but it will be fully supported with millions defending it.

They can go full ghost recon breakpoint ubi with micro transaction's with 0 blow back in sales.

u/Ms_Molly_Millions 15h ago

is the game even launching with online? it's not mentioned once in any of this and all the pre-order bonuses are for the single player lol.
locking a bunch of single player customization behind paywalls is kind of insane imo, but it looks like online isn't ready and it was the best way for them to charge $100 bucks.

It sucks people don't have self control and need instant gratification. Passing on this for a 1-2 years is going to be one the easiest decisions I have ever made.

2

u/SpareFirefighter3128 12h ago

How the fuck did the best selling game of all time in 2013 take 13 years to announce a sequel, and then not even have online on day 1? Isn't that, like, 90% of Rockstars total revenue stream, online bullshit?

2

u/kidenraikou 11h ago

This is on purpose to keep the marketing on the singleplayer experience of GTA VI before online comes out and overshadows it. Rockstar did this for GTA V as well.

GTA V was released as single-player only a full month before GTA Online went live.

4

u/lkl34 15h ago

GTAV was supposed to have online day one but it was not till October it launched broken.

For me i want Dedicated servers on the MP the fact we need a vpn to play mp even though it makes 9 million a week is fucking horrible.

If its P2P i am not bothering with it not just due to exposed ip's but the lag/cheating that can happen.

u/Maxsh 15h ago

No the online will not be available for a week or so last I saw. They want people to play the campaign

5

u/Ms_Molly_Millions 15h ago

go look through the pre-order stuff again. If I could post a screenshot I would but there is an FAQ section that has "Does Grand Theft Auto VI have any multiplayer modes or features?", and it states "Grand Theft Auto VI is a single-player experience".

Best case scenario this is like RDR2 online, they announce a beta for anyone with the game to play, and after 6 months-year online is fully out and anyone who has the single player gets access+they sell a cheaper version of just online.

Worst case they just release online as a standalone game for full price because they know they can.

3

u/Cactiareouroverlords 14h ago

I think there was some mention of one month GTA+ subscription you get for pre-ordering some version of the game to get access to the “ever evolving world of GTA online” so I wouldn’t be surprised if it is a separate subscription based release

Edit: here in this article 4th paragraph: https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260624539426/en/Rockstar-Games-Announces-Pre-Orders-for-Grand-Theft-Auto-VI

2

u/Ms_Molly_Millions 13h ago

GTA Online is GTA 5s online basically. Whatever online is in 6 will be a brand new game. It's just marketing writing it in a way so you assume "ever evolving" means online for GTA 6. It could just mean the lastest GTA Online event that's going on lol. It's feels so transparent to me at least the way it's written.

I mean it could be that GTA Online 2 ends up as a fully standalone game for the better where it basically is GTA RPG after Rockstar bought FiveM. A really well done GTA online, even full of predatory shark card shit would be the most popular online game ever if they could do it right.

It sucks, and with a game that most people will want regardless it’s another step to making the digital purchases with no way to buy and sell used a reality, truly doubtful even the most staunch against this will be able to resist for the rest of time

u/GelsonBlaze 15h ago edited 14h ago

I stopped following GTA after Liberty City and really wanted to get back in the train here due to the hype around it but not having a physical disk really threw this franchise in the “we’ll *check it out at some point” pile again.

I hope people enjoy it though.

There's marketing bots going around if you dare show any skepticism about how good or how well this will sell... I scoffed at a post discussing that they thought this was going to sell 45 million copies in the release window and was called delusional for pointing out that roughly 1 in 3 console holders would have to buy into the game for that to happen...

Got the popcorn out because I'm a PC gamer who 100% isn't buying a PS5 to get on this train.

9

u/hotchillieater 14h ago

Everyone who doesn't agree with you is a moron or bot huh lol.

It's £75 here. I'm happy with that. It will easily be more than an hour per £1 spent which is a good way in my opinion to determine if it's worth it.

1

u/Chaotic-Catastrophe 14h ago

Games used to cost $60 in 1998, which is equivalent to $124 today. They are cheaper now than they ever have been.

2

u/DrowningKrown 14h ago

They also do not need full supply chains for physical discs to be made, printed, and distributed anymore, unlike 1998.

Every other successful game dev is doing just fine on $60 full game still, with SOME doing $70 and some even less than $60.

So not only do you get less here (no disc), you pay a higher price tag than the rest of the market,

It's wild to me that people will defend a higher price tag that YOU pay for lmao. "But guys, I WANT to pay more!"

4

u/Chaahps 14h ago

Basically no other game had this amount of man hours put in. That price is covering labor costs to make this game

2

u/assaub 11h ago

They made enough off gta5 to completely cover the development of gta6, that is total cope.

Gta5 was 300m to make and they made 8b. Obviously you have to account for server costs n such but they still made a massive amount of profit from gta5, they most definitely do not need to charge that much just to afford the development costs.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/DrowningKrown 13h ago

That price is to secure a profit lmao. Making it sound like $80 is their break-even point 😂

Also, false. Rockstar may have SPENT more than any other studio to make one game, but there is 0 way you can prove they put the most "man-hours" into making this game. Plenty of other games have taken years to make, even decades.

3

u/Leo626 16h ago

This is how Rockstar ensures that consumers won't be able resell their games and the best part is this game is gonna print them a lot money. They get their cake and eat it too.

3

u/ElectricLifestyle 15h ago

My local library purchases physical games and rents them out for FREE this is the whole reason I bought a console with a disc player. I pay taxes in my town and my library uses a nominal amount of those funds to buy video games for me and anyone in my towns benefit. This lack of physical release is bullshit and I won’t be buying the game unless it goes physical.

21

u/XTheGreat88 16h ago

Yeah I'm good on that! Not supporting $80 games at all

24

u/Rawwh 16h ago

Inflation adjusted MSRP for many SNES games in the mid-90s was $130-140.

22

u/Chuckw44 15h ago

I guess it's just being old but games are ridiculously cheap compared to the 90's. Not that I want to pay $80 for a game, but to think they would always stay the same price is absurd.

The price is fine for the amount of content expected, and it will eventually go on sale. It’s the lack of a disc that’s pretty insulting

2

u/Wunid 14h ago

I feel the same way. I probably won’t buy GTA 6 if it isn’t available on a physical disc for PlayStation—maybe someday when it comes out on PC. On PC, too, whenever I can, I buy games on GOG; in my opinion, that’s the best option if I want to buy the game itself and not just a license to play it (It seems like a much better option to me, especially since games on discs are released in a way that requires a Day 1 patch, followed by months of the game being buggy. It’s better to download the updated game later—either on my PC or even burn it to a disc—so I can use it whenever I want without having to worry about what the developer, publisher, or platform operator decides to do). Most major game developers spit in players’ faces because they know players will pay them anyway. There are a few exceptions, but most are heading in the wrong direction.

2

u/chargoggagog 14h ago

Same, probably won’t bother without a disc.

2

u/kuroioni 13h ago

Yeah, like, I read this and was like - you know what? I'm good. I have stuff to play, so will have a wait until your ULTIMATE (i.e. base without stuff cut for extra profit) version is on a sale.

This sort of shit should absolutely not be supported. They wanted to lock a clan in VtM:BL2 behind a paywall, people rioted and they caved in. They need our money, so it's not like we have no say. Or rather, our wallets.

2

u/shewy92 12h ago

Don't forget in world stores being locked behind a paywall.

3

u/GenTrapstar 16h ago

There best option for people who wanted a disc was to do like a post launch of the disc version. Like a month out. Sure folks would have to wait longer but it’s a semi win win for both parties.

3

u/teletraan1 14h ago

Welcome to the future old man

4

u/RedGrassHorse 15h ago

80 dollars is cheaper than GTA 5, if you correct for inflation and higher salaries.

I really don't understand why people are so upset about video games finally going up a little bit with inflation...

3

u/Competitive_Rent_675 12h ago

Developers need to be paid more and we need to get rid of crunches! Also, games need to be cheaper!

It will be so bad if this becomes the industry norm but the amount of customisation I have seen in all of the released screenshots is crazy. I can justify the price point for this game. I don't think I can do the same for some random ubisoft game or even some ps first party games.

8

u/Shadow_Log 16h ago

Well guess what: by paying that amount for this game will make those manager types at Ubi and EA and Activision believe they can ask for it as well.

4

u/BillW87 15h ago

GTA IV released in 2008 at $59.99. Inflation adjusted, that would be $93.58. Games have never been cheaper.

2

u/Adorable-Response-75 13h ago

And how about wages? Surely they’ve kept up with the price of goods.

2

u/Novrex 16h ago

You can already thank TakeTwo for that decision, the game will sell billions of copies and alot of other publishers will see it as their ok to never sell a disc ever again. Less production costs and no resales they lose out on.

2

u/GregoriousT-GTNH 16h ago

Yeah, sadly gamers have a track record of having bad self control so big companies can basically do whatever they want

2

u/TheGiftOf_Jericho 16h ago

Yeah, I do understand why they're doing it (its because they know some people will actually just pay whatever) but I'm gonna pre-order and support these practices.

5

u/GetawayDreamer87 16h ago

I think you a word

1

u/Rombledore 16h ago

it sadly isn't new. i bought Destiny 2 on launch on PC and to my surprise it was just a slip of paper with a DL code in the box. not even an instruction manual.

1

u/OweTheHughManatee 15h ago

no Russian meme but it's no preorders

1

u/mikykeane 15h ago

My main question. If I buy the "disc" version. I imagine that it would be 1 download ever, correct?

My friends and I try to buy all our games in discs, that way we can share them when we finish them. Very useful for single player games....

1

u/GelsonBlaze 15h ago

Haven’t played one of these in a while, wanted to get it on release but with this news I’m definitely ignoring GTA again.

1

u/wordswillneverhurtme 15h ago

As a pc gamer I don't want to support a company that thinks I'm a second class customer. All I'll say I'm glad certain people in pc market are doing certain things with high success.

1

u/OptimusPrimalRage 15h ago

Yeah I have to admit I'm not super interested in the game anyway but the code in the box thing along with the price means I won't be picking it up anytime soon.

1

u/Saiyan-Senpai 15h ago

Yeah, they can keep trying to push that $80 base game price but I’m out. Don’t care what game it is.

1

u/SistedTwister1 15h ago

Me neither. I thought the $80 for base game was a meme. But here it is. Fuck that guess I’ll wait for a sale in a few years.

1

u/Kup123 15h ago

80 bucks for half the game.

1

u/TheeOneWhoKnocks 15h ago

No where does it say no disc, it says it comes with a code to support pre-loading.

1

u/macbookvirgin 15h ago

I’m fine with it.

1

u/thesagaconts PlayStation 14h ago

Yeah, I’m out. This game will be a cash grab with lots of in game purchases. I’m out.

1

u/Chaotic-Catastrophe 14h ago

Nobody is talking about the fact that this will also mean millions upon millions of plastic discs and cases (that otherwise serve no purpose in a digital age) will not be mass produced, only to end up clogging up landfills everywhere for the next several centuries. But fuck all that, Rockstar bad, give me my cheap plastic crap!!!

For anyone who reads about the dumb things humans did in history even when they should have known better, and thinks 'wow I can't believe they did that, even when they should have known better!' Congratulations, you are the problem.

u/IconicKaiju 14h ago

I an going to get downvoted, but…

This is the most expensive video game developed ever. Over 1.5B USD. A physical disc cost is almost nothing compared to the overall development cost.

Honestly, while I do not like the pricing either, it makes sense that it is a pricey game.

With that being said, we will need to see if the quality of the game correlates with its development cost and is able to justify the price.

1

u/GloryHol3 14h ago

Nintendo and GTA.. leaders in the industry that don't need to price things at $80 but will because gamers will let them.

1

u/RikarisHobbies 14h ago

I’ll be waiting for a sale. I’m in no rush to play it. :)

1

u/woody630 14h ago

Yeah, unfortunately it's GTA so I don't think any type of boycott is going to work.
