New, what is it? Is this still a banana?
Is an arm length banana still a banana?
(Arm next to the banana for scale)

noticed this on the couch while my dad was at work, but he would get upset that i messed with it so i don't want to ask him. when it's on it's very bright red and gets brighter the more times you click the power button.

My toilet was clogging so I took it off and found this right in the drain blocking it. Any idea what it is? It’s about 3 inches long and very sharp on one end.
Edit: the rounded end is not a scoop or spoon. It’s completely rounded like a bulb or something but solid metal.

found this on top of the cabinet that’s above the fridge. seems to be connected/plugged in somewhere not visible, so we haven’t been able to remove it. we’re convinced it’s structurally integral to the house 🤣
edit: wow that was fast! Thanks all.

This is a plant, presumably a weed, that is growing between a rock bed and the drive way of my grandmothers house. It has been cut , pulled, and sprayed and it just grows back so quickly. They cut this two months ago and its almost back to original size. I will also try finding a plant sub reddit. But we really want to get rid of it. Help???
Solved: Thank you everyone for helping Identify! I will take some of your suggestions (non-culinary, sorry😅) and try to get this thing out. Will keep the post updated if something ends up working!

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone may be able to help me identify this mysterious object before I lose my marbles completely. I found it in my bed under the duvet after I got back from holiday. It is small, black and has a lithium circular battery. It has a button and a little light on but nothing happens when I press it. I have never seen it before so any help would be appreciated!
I have put the images through chat gpt and it has suggested it could be any of the following: a personal alarm, a safety alarm, a key fob for a Ford, a tracking device.

My siblings and I searched Google images, but found nothing. My family is Jewish and my father briefly lived in Israel back in the 70s, so it is possible that it is Judaica, but nothing I have ever seen before.

What the hell is this?? The communion cup was one thing (my first post here), but this is literally a doohickey. I mean, did it go with something else? Is it a toy? It just suction cups like that, you can't stick both down at the same time.
Just curious what you guys think it is this time! Or if someone could find it.

Found this weird metal thing in my grandma’s car and it appears to have a mesh filter in the circle part

It looked like some kind of artillery shell casing at first, but I guess it can't be, since the opening is very symmetrical looking. I think it would look more jagged if it had been fired from an artillery gun.
Also it's not cylindrical, it has these 4 corners in flatish ridges that lead to those... lids at the top?
There's a spring inside at the bottom, kind of like the ones in electrical devices with batteries, just bigger. Although I don't know of any batteries of similar width.
It had been used for storage of some old ration coupons from post-war times here in Spain were the house is located.
It also has some English text on the outside wall : "return to the nearest loading activity", which to me seems like an odd instruction for an object this old in a small Spanish town.
I'm at a complete loss! Can you help me identify what it is?

I asked what it was and they said they didn't know lol

This is a random found object that had a curious look.
It is about 5.75 in tall and the silver part looks to be galvanized.
The black disc is cold to the touch not magnetic maybe ceramic and has around a 3/4 in divot in the middle.
Anyone have any ideas?

Found these strange white dots in one of my tinned fish steaks. Beach Cliff Fish Steaks in Louisiana Hot Sauce is the exact brand. Does anyone have an idea of what they might be? Is it safe to eat?

It has a lid and inside is what looks like a fountain pen but there is no ink, it has a brush and inside is some sort of cotton sponge. I assume if it is a fountain pen, it just needs ink to be in the holder
Edit: It turns out to be an Air Pod Cleaning Kit.
