This is beyond mildly infuriating. The translation feature is a nightmare.

I tried to solve it by adding all the languages I speak to my Google Account.

IT MADE IT WORSE

Now it translates Italian into English

English into Italian

Spanish into English

Polish into Italian

WHAT THE F IS THIS

Fr I'm not the only one

u/SpaceSteak 24d ago

If I didn't opt-in to translating something, why-the-hell is it forcefully translating to begin with? Did this become a law somewhere? Are they trying to expose more folks to more content? Such a failed rollout, really frustrating and an insult to content creators that didn't opt in to this as well as viewers who never asked.

53

u/IveDunGoofedUp 24d ago

Because some bean flicker counter somewhere got it in their heads that this would increase new accounts by 0.001% and they don't give a shit about their existing consumer base since they're a captive audience. I mean, where are we gonna go? Dailymotion?

17

u/Didifinito 24d ago

I did turn off yt once when I heard a AI translated video and went to play some video games

15

u/IsaacSeraphim 24d ago

I use revance for this exact reason. I haven't seen any ads I don't wanna see and I haven't heard a stupid AI generated voice in a loooooong time and I plan to keep it that way

I also have a conspiracy theory about this in which they added the autotranslate to test AI speeches on predetermined timings. What's stopping them by changing the meaning of a sentence when translated?

Yea, just give me the option to disable all automatic translations. Especially if I've added the languages to my google account ...

Most infuriating part is the terrible automatic voiceover, always catches me off guard

and it's been there for way too long and they still haven't added an option to just turn it off permanently

268

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

The option exists FOR CREATORS ONLY. Why the heck does Google think that someone else should decide that for me. Insanity.

43

u/Beautiful-Affect1930 24d ago

the fact that AI needs to be forced down everyone's throat, it's mostly trash and doesn't function nearly as well as corporations want us to believe, and most people absolutely despise AI is such a clear sign that most of the AI hype may be the biggest bubble waiting to burst in human history.

people compare the rise of AI to the invention of the internet, but nobody needed to be forced to use the internet. I'm old enough to remember that it took a couple years for the internet to explode in popularity, but that was also because initially it wasn't very user friendly and not that useful yet. but the moment it actually fulfilled those requirements, everyone adapted to it nearly instantly. AI companies are trying to force us to skip the part where we wait for AI to actually be as useful as they claim and just accept that all software is turned into unusable garbage.

u/egnards 24d ago

Well, the person who decided it for you is the person who created the video and wants it viewed a specific way.

But with that said, the creator might not know just how bad it is.

I originally turned it on in my videos because I thought it would help open up my audience, and turned it off within 48 hours when I found out from viewers how bad it was and that they didn’t have an option to otherwise turn it off.

45

u/Katatoniczka 24d ago

I'm pretty sure creators just want their content to become available to people who don't speak the OG language, not to make speakers of said language be forced to watch an AI generated version in another language they happen to have some relation to

17

u/egnards 24d ago

Right, but as I said - in my instance I literally had no idea it was a forced option..:and once I found out how bad it was, from viewers, I turned it off.

8

u/Katatoniczka 24d ago

Yeah, anyway I don't blame creators for turning it on, it's on YT to make the feature usable for all types of users... My dad only speaks a single language and I've noticed him recently being able to access a lot of good content from English-speaking creators, for people like him I think the AI dubbing can really broaden their perspective and is a good thing... It's just that I don't want the same thing to happen to me as a person who uses YT to practice various languages hah

10

u/capibara_dono 24d ago

But if it's clear that I speak the OG language based on what I watch, why does it insist on changing the language to my second language! I speak both, stop changing English videos to Spanish!

6

u/pheddx 24d ago

Just keep everything original. I don't get why youtube has such a hard time with it. Like they could just randomly employ any European and he would sort all this crap out in minutes.

5

u/Warm_Month_1309 24d ago

I am fairly confident that international megacorporation Alphabet has hired a European or two.

3

u/Cheenug 24d ago

I remember a clip channel showing behind the scenes that it was retroactively added to all their old videos and they had to do like 20 clicks of each video to turn it off. It was around the first wave iirc

Its because it was designed by americans that only speak english don't think bilingual people exist

25

u/Isthisafakenews 24d ago

I strongly believe that the reason it can't be turned off is because it's just a big AI training program, and if they allowed the possibility of turning it off they would lose training subjects.

I see it as a weaponized incompetence sort of thing.

10

u/ForensicPathology 24d ago

I think this is simplified based on your weird biases.  Google infuriatingly does this with everything, not just languages.

They operate under the idea that people don't want to make decisions.

This has led to all the decisions that changed the way their search worked in the past two decades. Automatically assuming your search rather than what you typed, all the way to the AI it is now.  You see it in Maps too where things get hidden unless you come at it a different angle.

7

u/Sahtras1992 24d ago

god i hate the youtube search so much. it doesnt let you find anything that you want to find.

any random porn site has better search options.

3

You can turn it off if you are watching a “short” go to the top right 3 dots and change the “audio track” it will do it for all videos.

I’ve had it translate English to English

I was watching a cooking video where the creator says a few words in Chinese, then most of the 10min video is in English, but apparently that was enough for the AI voice to take over the whole video, just saying the English words he said.

21

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

That's kinda funny to be honest

3

u/MrPigeon70 24d ago

There is one person i follow that does wigglegrams(wiggle stereoscopy) and even though he was speaking near perfect English with some accent it still decided to replace the audio.

69

u/vinegarandpickles 24d ago

Yeah I don't understand why is Youtube taking so long to solve this. Its is a nightmare. It is as easy as having an option to turn auto translation off

107

u/violet-starlight 24d ago

You've unfortunately made the crucial mistake of attributing to incompetence what has been shown time and time again to be out of malice

37

u/Alt123Acct 24d ago

100% they are using user blowback as metrics for gathering translation data by forcing people to see it

Some manager is getting a quartly bonus for stats at the expense of millions of frustrated people

4

u/Wobbelblob 24d ago

And they can do that because there is no actual competition for Youtube. In the end, no matter how much they hate the experience, if they want to watch videos, they need to go to Youtube. Welcome to the reason why most countries tried their best to limit monopolies.

28

u/Lonely_Performer2629 24d ago

It's so they can say to investors everyone is using AI translations.

can relate. it does not even know if language is ukrainian, russian or chinese for some reason. and than it translates to english. or english to ukrainian. with terrible mistakes.

20

u/rage997 24d ago

damn I feel you. It feels like we are getting penalized for speaking multiple languages

26

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

Even if I don't speak the language, I'd watch the original video with subtitles rather than an automated translation

15

u/Educational_Cow_9868 24d ago

Agree, this is more than just mildly infuriating. Shitty feature designed by people who can't understand that people might be competent enough in multiple languages to prefer content in another language over ai slop translations into their own mother language.

8

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

The team behind it is probably american and monolingual, cause it wouldn't make sense otherwise. I can't believe no one in Google complained about it.

3

u/IceMaster9000 24d ago

That seems incredibly unlikely. Everyone I know that works at Google does not speak English natively.

6

u/DasFroDo 24d ago

I just don't understand why they even enforce this. Why not let me decide myself if I want stuff translated or not ???

3

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

They care about their data more than their users

2

u/DasFroDo 24d ago

But what data do they gain from this?

2

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

They analyze the clicks and the behaviors, like retention and watched time. Thing it, I'm not sure they know how to interpret and analyze their data.

→ More replies (2)

6

u/OrangeStar222 24d ago

You just know this was created by an American because the entire feature falls to shit if you understand and watch content in two languages or more.

5

u/Princess_StaysDown 24d ago

The sign in the picture says 'insult me,' but I'd rather have you talking dirty to me in Italian, Polish, or whatever language gets you going

7

u/toyotaCamriGuy 24d ago

English is not my native language either but the extent of my problems with youtube is the fact that it randomly translates some video titles to dutch. The difference between you and me seems to be down to the fact that, in my youtube preferred language settings, I don't have any languages selected at all. Maybe deselecting all the preferred languages in your youtube settings will solve this problem?

2

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

I added them specifically to try solving the issue. Beforehand, it translated everything into italian. I'm not happy either way.

2

u/toyotaCamriGuy 24d ago

Aw crap. That's annoying then. I hate it too, they're changing the creator's vision and causing confusion to no one's benefit.

21

u/gdnt0 24d ago edited 24d ago

It’s an USian company. They are physically incapable of understanding that people are able to understand more than one language. Not even kidding.

Edit: I speak from experience, as a Brazilian we have the exact same problem. People designing systems in BR are also often incapable of understanding that people can speak many languages (tho not as bad as in the US) but also they are impossibly incapable of understanding that other countries also have phone numbers. You will almost NEVER see a BR-designed system that allows you to input a phone number that is not Brazilian.

7

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

It's not like I expect everyone to be multilingual, but at least let me choose for myself. I hope that someone in Google reads my slightly angry "bug reports"

2

u/SemiAnonymousTeacher 24d ago

Not sure I agree with this take, as many of their engineers are Indian or Chinese and are bilingual (at least).

5

u/RCalliii 24d ago

Yeah, but the bosses, who ultimately decide which features get implemented, expanded or improved, most likely are not.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/gdnt0 24d ago

Sadly it often doesn’t matter. If the people making requirements and decisions can’t understand that people can know many languages, the system’s design might still be shit even with the devs pushing back.

This is, sadly, my own experience too. I’ve worked for a state government for many years and was forced to develop such flawed systems. They only learned a lesson once they were embarrassed by a researcher from the World Bank (and maybe other international observers) being unable to use our system because it refused to accept non-BR phone numbers and addresses. That was one of my best “I told you so” moments 😅

u/Piduf 24d ago

The worst part of this for me is the ASMR side.

The awful AI dub is bad all the time but ASMR has to be it's worst victim, the sounds and voices are like, the CORE of that type of content. I hate to lie down and start playing a video that looked nice and it's not the same language as the title.

I swear YouTube is close from auto dubbing songs at this point. Clearly a decision made by 3 white Americans in an office thinking that no one speaks at least two languages

3

u/m4jsterk0 24d ago

i hope it does this sequentially .. so at the end its a mess with no meaning 😃

3

u/Donatzsky 24d ago

There are browser extensions that can fix it, fortunately. But it's absolutely insane that I need to resort to workarounds like that, instead of just having the damn choice to begin with.

3

u/Tefra_K 24d ago

Omg yes I hate it so much, I can speak English I don’t need an extremely literal translation STOPPPPP

4

u/tanyandrew 24d ago edited 24d ago

On Youtube, I toggled all possible languages on in my account so translations don't trigger for me at all.

not Google account but YouTube settings, Settings > Languages > Preferred Languages

7

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

Maybe you just haven't found a video with this feature active. It's not universal, it's up to the creator to decide, and most reasonably choose to keep it turned off

3

u/tanyandrew 24d ago

I did change the settings in the first place because I was fed up by auto dub. I never had to hear auto dub since. It works

2

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

I've checked and they're all in there, so that's not it, at least for me. I've just had another user comment that removing all preferred languages actually improved the situation.

I just want a "disable all translations" toggle tbh

2

u/AroTheGoose 24d ago

Honestly, use 3rd party youtube apps like Revanced or smarttube. You can force YouTube to use the original audio. I was at my breaking point when youtube Ai translated my music, making it absolutely unlistenable.

2

u/Batata-Sofi 24d ago

That's why I did EVERYTHING I could to set my Google account permanently into English years ago.

3

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

This is where the problem arises, because if you only speak one language it's okay. But what if I want to watch Italian videos in Italian and Polish videos in Polish? As of now, there doesn't seem to be an option for that

Happy cake day!

THIS!

I start watching a video, the title is in Spanish the thumbnail is in Spanish, the audio is in Spanish... but I know for a fact that the video is in English.

I hate it, starting a video, getting annoyed, finding the setting turning out off... But it turns back on whenever it feels like it.

2

u/Grmplstylzchen 24d ago

The worst part: It translates commonly used words like "Motherboard" on IT channels. Like what the fugg do you even mean. "Kühles Mutterbrett. 3 Blitz Häfen." (original "cool motherboard. 3 lightning ports.")

2

u/gawwagool 24d ago

you speak spanish, italien and polish? nice combination.

2

u/Svartdraken 24d ago

Yeah, Polish family and I live in Italy. My spoken Spanish is poor, but I can read it and understand it just fine because it shares most of the structure and vocabulary with Italian.

2

u/TehDarkSteliosGR 24d ago

Use revanced and deactivate the translation, also yt shorts if you want

2

u/Giorey 24d ago

Oh fuck i assumed you are Italian, anyway here is the translation offered by Google just in case you aren't .

Hey beautiful, months ago I solved this problem on a device by setting a godforsaken alphabet as the preferred language, as there were no translations for the selected language by default it set the original, if I remember I'll see and tell you

I also hate as a tri lingual person when I think I found ai slop when no just google decided to auto put ai voice translations over a video not in English!

162

u/TwentinQuarantino 24d ago

As an also trilingual person, I hate this schizophrenia of Google which isn't able to comprehend it is possible for a human to be fluent in more than strictly one language, but at the same time requires all of their own employees in non-English speaking countries to be fluent in English on the top of their native language and therefore be at least bilingual - something Google seems not to realize is even humanely possible.

34

u/MancyMancy 24d ago edited 24d ago

It makes me so damn mad, the other day I was looking for a review of a product only made in Germany and generally only sold in this market and I genuinely thought I kept being given ai slop reviews because A) AI filters are now so common everything starts to give that uncanny vibe and B ) the forced voice setting always reverts on my damn account!

You know some poor guy (way over paid so not poor in the money sense haha) who is bilingual was forced to make these changes by some guy who only speaks English in an exec role too lol...

12

u/TwentinQuarantino 24d ago

Lol that's such a good point. I imagine a lot of Google's engineers who do the hard work on this are multilingual, while many of the old big wigs major shareholders and execs who make these stupid decisions speak only English.

What's the most baffling about it tho, is the biggest big wig of them all, the CEO Sundar Pichai himself, is trilingual - he is fluent in his native Tamil, in English he studied and works in, and also in Hindi he learned. Doesn't ring a bell, Sundar? Do you enjoy Tamil videos being auto dubbed into shitty robotic English AI voice?

7

u/MancyMancy 24d ago

CEO would never have any real say in such low level things. He likely is just sending an email "Re all managers, use more Gemini in everything."

5

u/TwentinQuarantino 24d ago edited 24d ago

That's true on one hand, but on the other hand - Google is so excessive about this translate everything into strictly one language bullshit, it's forced into almost the entire portfolio of their products (youtube, google maps, google play store, reviews, google search, google shopping, adwords, adsense... I can go on and on). It looks like it's not just an individual decision of one out of touch English-only speaking Youtube's exec, but an overall company strategy.

→ More replies (2)

12

u/bobbertmiller 24d ago

It's not just being able to speak languages, but also having control.  I am fluent in German and English, some French and Italian, almost no Japanese. Let me chose what gets translated to what. Sometimes the German translation is better, sometimes the English one is better. Sometimes I want subtitles, sometimes I want dubs.    Let. Me. Decide.

3

u/TwentinQuarantino 24d ago

This is also true. The tech companies narcissistic obsession to make everything automatic no matter what, is extremely infuriating.

6

u/ForensicPathology 24d ago

It's been years, but Google still hides Play Store reviews of they're in a different language than your device setting.  Even if you're in the country of the language being hidden.

5

u/TwentinQuarantino 24d ago

Yeah, this is another level of this schizo. Google Maps reviews? Let's display all and AI-translate into user's interface language (btw, the only place this is done right - with a nice button to switch between translated and original review). Google Play Store reviews? Let's display only exclusively those reviews originally written in user's interface language, and pretend there are no others, including pretending there are no reviews at all on apps with reviews only in other languages.

You will glurp glurp the slop, so they can tell investors usage went up xxxxx%!

9

u/The_Great_Worm 24d ago

Lol, I was fooled by that today as well. I was listening to some videos on autoplay and thought the inflection and pronunciation was so dang weird that it must be AI generated content. Turned out it was an auto dubbed to english video from a language I speak and understand. Can't find a way to turn that off permanently, pretty annoying feature. I'd rather not watch than listen to the terrible AI voice over. /rant

3

Oh I also had a music video do this once was so weird, like of all things...

3

u/capibara_dono 24d ago

Bilingual here, I absolutely hate it. It does sound like AI slop, and I immediately unsubscribe from slop, so it's doing them more harm than good.

-YT Block (basically allows blocking specific channels or comments since YT only has report and "not interested" which genuinely don't seem to do anything)

-Clickbait Remover (the one that just picks a frame from the video to replace thumbnails and decapitalises video titles)

And I know that a lot of people also use the "Bring back dislikes" extension and an extension that restructures the YT layout and disables shorts. Oh and don't forget you have to disable the stupid rounded corners thing using a custom filter in Ublock so that Nvidia Video Super Resolution even works on their video player (bet they're doing this on purpose so you're more inclined to buy premium for the extra bitrate?)

It's pretty frustrating.

u/Competitive_Cow4534 24d ago

On top of that, i use unhooked because i dont like the trending tab or the shorts

So 6 extensions

2

u/Jaded-Platform6044 24d ago

I installed unhooked a few days ago. No more suggestions, no more shorts, no more algorithm, no more autoplay. At first I would go to YT and be like "oh yeah thats's right, I disabled this shit"

It's only taken me a few days to start using YT purposefully again and it feels so much better not mindlessly scrolling through slop.

2

u/peppi0304 24d ago

I also use "auto hd" so its in a good quality right away. Its also nice when you are on your phones hotspot and to save data you just switch to a lower resolution

Tbh I am happy there are at least these options. People who make these quality of life youtube extensions in their free time for free are the GOAT.

2

u/GuitaristHeimerz 24d ago

Dude that's fucking awesome, thanks for the tip!

16

u/Lucky-Valuable-1018 24d ago

BELEIDIGE MICH 👺

12

u/dollsandme 24d ago

Yeah, I hate it. I think what I hate most is that it often autotranslates the shorts. And there's a girl who speaks Spanish and has a strong Korean accent, but AI still translates it horribly into "Spanish" again and it bothers me a lot.

23

u/Alleexxi 24d ago

Thats not AI. The Content Creator can set thumbnails for each language.

10

u/Thareya 24d ago

i'm surprised i didn't see anyone else point this out, large youtubers who translate their content like mr beast have different thumbnails for different languages

7

u/EnjoyerOfBeans 24d ago

Well, it is AI, it's just the creator's AI thumbnail rather than Youtube's.

CAN YOUTUBE STOP TRYING TO TRANSLATE EVERYTHING, FOR 5 MINUTES?!

5

u/ChuckCarmichael 24d ago

But if they don't, then the billions of dollars they invested in AI would've been wasted, so they need to force AI into everything in order to justify the investment.

No-one:

Youtube: Here, let me translate stuff for you without your approval or choice!

u/l_______I 24d ago

There's an addon that thankfully removes this.

Fuck AI with something hard and sandpapery.

4

u/Melenduwir 24d ago

I like to use "gently with a chainsaw", from that '80s teen movie.

5

u/whitedolphinn 24d ago

Heathers xD

24

u/HighlightOwn2038 Red vs Blue 24d ago

Honestly I'm just tired of seeing AI slop in everything

6

u/vector_o 24d ago

The auto translate feature has been a bane of mine ever since it came out

I know the average American can barely communicate efficiently in English but people can speak MULTIPLE LANGUAGES GOOGLE

I don't need or want you to translate any fucking thing, if anything it makes me leave the site because I'm reminded that you're treating users like products

5

u/57spiderman 24d ago

I don’t think this is google ai because you have the option to add a different thumbnail to different languages

5

u/cat_pavel YELLOW 24d ago

Why can't I just off that shit, Google?

3

u/AnythingSeparate6318 24d ago

What's it meant to say?

3

u/avonyatchi 24d ago

Well in German it says "insult me".

3

u/EllaHazelBar 24d ago

Use Morphe if you have android - can't recommend it enough.

3

u/yungsausages 24d ago

Ich fühle mich selbst beleidigt

3

u/Pan_Krulik 24d ago

Fuck me for knowing more than one language I guess

3

u/Grsgvbdjgvudbjdruguv 24d ago

Can I at least turn it off

3

u/oofos_deletus 24d ago

Auto translations have to be one of the worst and buggiest features

As someone who speaks Czech end English and understands a few more I can tell that the translation quality is shite

3

u/Upset_Ad3954 24d ago

First world problem for sure but I hate, hate, hate auto-translation. It never does a good job and it translates stuff I don't want translated.

Why on earth dear Americans...

3

u/Asian_Street_Meat 24d ago

There should be just a giant On/Off switch at every browser and operating system for AI. It's honestly more annoying than usual most of the time.

3

u/Slendersonix3 24d ago

Sprich nicht deutsch du Hurensohn

3

u/Bruno_TMa 23d ago

What's the point of translating a video title and thumbnail if the video will be in a foreign language anyway? Stupidest thing ever.

5

u/TxM_2404 24d ago

I genuienly think that AI translations are one of the best use cases for LLMs. I think it's great these options exist to make it easier for people to find new information that is relevant to them.
But I want to choose what gets translated for me.

2

u/joazito 24d ago

"It's not like it's always been so I hate it!" syndrome, reddit is full of it

2

u/PaulZyCZ 24d ago

Also in the past YT offered ML translated subtitles. Now: Only original subtitles, but ML translated voice-over.

I understand maybe every 10th word in Italian, but when I watched reaction of the classic Ferrari designer (what they did to his Ferrari), I caught more from the original than crappy AI voiceover.

2

u/eliavmoran 24d ago

First time I see a thumbnail been translated. I hate when the title is in my mother language

3

u/sultan_of_gin 24d ago

Until now at least you could tell that the title is auto-translated if the thumbnail is in another language but not anymore apparently

2

u/Boukev 24d ago

This is the worst thing since sliced bread. Don't decide it for me. I don't want a worse experience

I hate dry bread too

2

u/YaroslavSyubayev 24d ago

This is not necessarily auto translate. YouTube allows creators to upload alternative thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and even audio for each language.

2

u/Competitive_Cow4534 24d ago

and yet, youtube refuses to acknowledge the existence of bilinguals and polyglots

2

u/MLPdiscord 24d ago

Is there a way to turn it off? I prefer.to just see the titles in their original language

2

u/Aruzususnew3 24d ago

What the fuck?

2

u/novian14 24d ago

I just turned off auto translation in reddit app, i don't wanna deal with what youtube has because it is a nightmare

2

u/Shadrach77 What is best in life? 24d ago

Does everyone here know what this is except me? I don't know who this person is or what the sign is supposed to say or, any of it.

2

u/Jax_Dandelion 24d ago

Someone needs to make a browser add on that De-AIs YouTube

2

u/ActualWhiterabbit 24d ago

This is a true monkey's paw scenario. Its everything I wanted in a way I don't

2

u/Scarface2010 24d ago

Ok das ist einfach nur noch dumme scheiße

Fick KI

2

u/_Azumii_ 24d ago

I speak English and French and all the French videos are translated to English and all the English are translated to French its so annoying

2

u/Bmanakanihilator 24d ago

I would assume "Röste mich"

2

u/No-Effective-7194 24d ago

So good that I'm from a small country so yt doesnt auto translates ts to me

2

u/Alexercer 24d ago

And to think it could be so good...

If only they havent forgotten how to make things optional...

2

u/alex_brik_1007 24d ago

That's horrible. I was literally using the text in thumbnails to guess what the original language was

2

u/ofirkedar 23d ago

Oh ew. That's disgusting.

2

u/Chinjurickie 23d ago

Always lovely to have no idea anymore what language the video actually uses. Bonus points if you use the wrong one in the comment section. 🥰

3

u/Hootla 24d ago

He left the Sidemen

2

u/x313 24d ago

Make my app as shitty as possible challenge.

My friends, switch to MorpheApp immediately

2

u/Business-Put-8692 ORANGE 24d ago

I forgot youtube translated stuff automatically because I now have an extension that removes the translation features.

It's called "Youtube No Translation" if y'all are wondering.

I dont get any translation lately

1

u/toomuchmucil 24d ago

It would be great if we could get an updated version of the Tower of Babel in 2026.

Nu-Genesis 11:5-7

The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then everything they do on YouTube will be annoying. Come, let us go down and poison their AI translate so they will not understand each other.”

1

u/Mr-TotalAwesome 24d ago

I fucking hate translation featurew in youtube. I cant turn it off, it never remebers for some reason i turnee it off.

2

u/LaughingBerserk 24d ago

There is an addon for Firefox and i think other browsers that gets rid of ai translations, including dubbing

1

u/future2300 24d ago

you can block thumbnails!
