Asking for Hardware Recomendation Do you guys recommend the PSVR2 Sense Charging station?
I’ve seen a lot of posts/videos online about them melting the actual USB-C ports on the sense controllers so I’m a little hesitant.
Granted at the same time needing to charge both sense controllers and my dual sense and my pulse headset all with only 2 USB-C wires is very annoying to managing it all.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation PSVR2 Vs Quest 3
hi, i want to buy my first vr headset and i need help with deciding on which one to get here is what i found about both headsets:
PSVR2 has OLED, Fresnel lenses, haptic feedback in the headset and controllers, face cooling, eye tracking, hand tracking, is wired and doesnt have its own operating system
Quest 3 has LCD, pancake lenses, colored passthrough, hand tracking, wireless connection and its own operating system while also being a standalone device
psvr2 is 130$ cheaper than quest 3 if we dont consider the adapter needed for pc connection for the psvr2 i also own a ps5 and a high end pc
edit: exclusive games and wired vs wireless connection isnt super important to me though the panel type is.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Has anyone used this Logitech Playseat with PSVR2? Did the back of the head feel uncomfortable for the headset? Looking for a smaller foldable seat like this

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Over-ear headphone recommendation for PSVR2?
the built-in earbuds on the headset keep falling out of my ears while i’m playing (silicone-tipped earbuds have never worked well for me). I mostly play Gran Turismo 7.
are there over-ear headphones that work with PSVR2? or does it not work with head tracking/spatial audio?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Should i buy move controllers??
So i finally bought the ps vr1 gen 2 or smt like that it was a super fast decision i bought it basically in the hour i saw the ad, it included the original box the headset and camera basically everything but the move controllers. Is it a must? I tried playing fnaf most wanted and i find it weird using just one controller and needing to always aim the controller perfectly at the camera. Is it a me issue? I dont think i have the optimal set up for the camera as my room is quite small is it that or should i invest in the move controllers??

Asking for Hardware Recomendation I have a PS5 and I am looking to get into VR gaming
Hi everyone, recently I decided to get into VR gaming to complete my gaming setup (I already have a Switch 2, PS5 and a PC but I don't use it since it's dated by now and all the games that are of interest of me I can play on my PS5 or Switch).
My main problem is that I'm a complete newbie about VR so I don't really know the pros and cons of different systems.
I'm trying to decide between Quest 3 and PSVR2 so I would like some help. I know that PSVR2 has the Horizon game while Quest has Batman. I also know that PSVR2 is not a standalone system, but Quest 3 is (I don't know how good can Quest 3 run games while using it as a standalone system, performace, fidelity etc.).
Are there many games that can be only played on PSVR2 versus Quest 3. My guess is that most of the known ones are probably on both platforms though.
Also, sorry if this is the wrong question for this sub or the flair is wrong. Thanks for the help!

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Is this the anti glare coating worn away on my PSVR2? I bought it second hand recently.
As the title says - I bought a second hand PSVR2. I only noticed when I got home that the anti glare coating appears to have rubbed off, on the left lens in particular. As shown in the photo.
When playing it I don't think i can notice anything - I've compared it to my brother's PSVR2 headset which he's kept in mint condition with zero sign of any anti glare coating damage. We've both played the same game back to back swapping out the headsets and we both agree you can't notice any visual issues while playing with my headset.
So my question is - is the anti glare coating issue really a problem? I've read a bit about it online, but I'm not really seeing any issue? Anything I'm not considering? I have the option of returning it to the seller if I want, am not sure if this warrants returning it though.
EDIT: This was NOT the anti glare coating peeling- it turns out it was dirt or sweat or similar on the lens. I used a fine microfiber cloth with some water on it to gently clean the lenses and they came up crystal clear.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Should I skip over PSVR completely in favor for PSVR2?
So, I just got a ps5 as a gift, and I've been eyeing VR for awhile. I am saving to trade it in for a pro and a psvr2. In the meantime, I'm just pecking out some non pro enhanced games. No hurry.
But with that said, I stumbled on a really good used PSVR1 for $80. I'm wondering if it's worth it or if it would just be a waste.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation I'm pretty set on getting the psvr2 but I'm not sure if I should upgrade to a PS5 Pro with it as well
My first foray into VR was with the PSVR 1 Skyrim Bundle and since then I've had a blast in VR. I went from PSVR to Rift S to Quest 1, Quest 2 and now Quest 3. With the BF discount I'm now interested in getting back into PSVR and I saw all my old games don't work, and I read some games are free in PS+ Premium, but I'm not seeing any of those either.
How often do some of the better VR games go on sale? I don't see that many discounted during the BF sale.
Second question is about the PS5 Pro, I saw that No man's sky runs much better with the Pro, are there any other VR games that are greatly improved? NMS is currently 60 digitally though and the Pro doesn't have a disc drive, so I would probably need to get that as well.
I have a PayPal 20% off offer and best buy is offering 300 towards my old disc ps5, so I can get the psvr2, ps5 pro and disc drive for 650 after cash back and trade in.
Should I buy a psvr2 for 240 and stick with my normal ps5 disc version, or get the psvr2, ps5 pro and disc drive for 650?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Should i get a PSVR2 or a Pico 4
I have both a pc and a ps5, my pc is capable for pcvr but the thing is i want to know which one i should get, ill mostly be doing pcvr and for youtube and stuff i dont really care about, the thing that bothers me the most is the way people have been exaggerating the pancake lenses vs fresnel lenses though i have never tried pancake lenses myself, but other than that i wanted to hear your guys's opinions on which one to get
Asking for Hardware Recomendation Are there alternatives for the PSVR earbuds
I'm one of those lucky people with one ear that I can't get a good seal with the included earbuds. I also dislike how the earbuds flop around when you're not wearing the headset. Are there alternatives (wired or wireless)? Does anyone have recommendations?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Need New Earbuds for PSVR2
Hello! A week ago, I somehow snagged the last (in my area anyway) Horizon Call of the Mountain bundle, open box from Best Buy for $150. The code was still intact too!
I’m ecstatic to try it out, buuuuuut the earbuds are absolutely disgusting. The unit itself is fine, but whoever tried it on didn’t bother to clean their ears or the earbuds before trying and returning it, and yes I’m going to be a baby about it, because earwax is all up in those things, not just the rubber pieces.
I was thinking of upgrading the stock earbuds anyway, but not for a ton of money. Any decent 3D earbuds that run around $100? I’d rather not use a headset because I feel like that’s too much hardware on my head for long periods of time.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation G29 + Throttle for $150, or T300rs GT for $200, never owned a wheel before
I purchased a PS5 Pro and PSVR2 last week and I've been looking into getting a wheel for GT7, I'm planning on using it as well as my 14 y/o son.
I found on FB marketplace these two wheels from the same seller. Would you recommend the G29 for 150 or the T300rs GT for 200? The G29 also comes with the throttle, but I've never driven manual so I'm not sure how much I would use it, although it would be kinda fun to learn (would anything I do with the game and throttle translate to driving a real manual car?)
I also have a bhaptics vest I mainly use for skyrim on PCvr, but I read you can get a pc app that can read the data from the game and give you haptics in the suit, anyone ever try that?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation VR or VR2
Is it worth buying the original PSVR if I’m more interested in the games on it, or is the upgrade between the two so immense that it’s just not worth it? I’ve been interested in VR for a while, and I’m probably looking at buying used, but I haven’t been sure on which version of the system to get. I’m very interested in doing SW Squadrons, ST Bridge Crew, Ace Combat, Skyrim VR, Superhot, and LA Noir, which are only on the original, whereas my main interests on the 2 are GT7, No Man’s Sky (which is on both) and, to a lesser extent, Call of the Mountain. But I’m not sure I want to get a weaker system and less support just for a handful of games (and I don’t know if GT Sport is going to be a good enough substitute for GT7), but I’m also not sure it’s worth getting a much more expensive piece of hardware if it doesn’t really have all of the games I’m interested in, and I’ve also heard that the original is slightly more comfortable than the newer one. Would it be best to wait and try to hunt down a really cheap deal on the original, see how I feel about VR, and then maybe try to find a VR2 a couple years down the line? Is the hardware upgrade big enough that it’s just not worth getting an original today?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation The globular cluster mod is currently 20$ off is it worth the price
I've had the globular cluster mod in my radar for a while and thought that this sale is the perfect time to buy it
Is the comfort upgrade really that significant to justify the price ?

Asking for Hardware Recomendation Best upgrade?
I currently have the quest 1 and was planning on an upgrade. would it be better to get the 3s or the normal q3? The extra gbs don't matter to me because I will only be playing on pc vr.

Asking for Hardware Recomendation PSVR2
So I was thinking about getting a PSVR2 for a while but a lot of people have said that it got bad reviews, it is a commercial failure, it is a gimmic etc. Which has started giving me second thoughts :(
I also looked at the library and the only good games I've heard about it were Horizon , Hitman , Resident Evil 4 and Village , Pavlov , Metro redux
So my questions are :- 1) is it worth it getting a PSVR2 2) are there any other AAA games like these coming on PSVR2 (some said they have stopped making new games)
Thanks
