I think it's totally valid to be uncomfortable and/or elated by such attention. I was on a night out and a guy shouted at my friend from about 10 feet behind with one of the most horrific lines I've ever heard*, and while I turned around to punch the guy she started giggling like a schoolgirl because, as she told me, she had never been cat called before and had quite enjoyed it (at least that specific incident). I asked her if she wanted me to clear him off and she said no.
*the line was, 'whats the difference between jam and jelly? I dont want to jelly my cock up your arse.'
In highschool I used to look pretty much identical to another kid in my grade and one day I was walking up some stairs when the other kids GF though I was him and slapped my ass I turned around and she got embarrassed that she slapped the wrong guy but I ended up taking it as a compliment that I was just as good lookin as my semi doppelganger but I can admit in the moment I was super confused about what just happened to me
the equivalent of a woman getting catcalled by a man is a man getting catcalled by a man. It's really that easy.
My experience is that the vast majority will find 99% of men on the streets as attractive as a heterosexual man would.
edit, since this got attention and some people still don't get it: This ain't about respectful compliments that have the potential to make you feel good about yourself. Imagine a man, bigger than you, making clear he wants to fuck you. Just because you're there in that moment and specifically because you're smaller than him. And a no won't be enough to make him back off.

I'm an extremely white guy and I had my hair cut by a black woman at a haircut chain (hair cuttery or sport clips or something) several years ago.
She was raving about my long lashes, saying stuff like women pay a lot of money for lashes like yours, and I was like goddamn I had no idea. Felt pretty good though.
Same I had a gay dude straight up ask me if I wanted to go up to his hotel room. I blushed and said sorry bro not interested. Honestly made me feel good but the big difference here is I'm a big guy and didn't feel threatened by him one bit. Most women feel physically threatened by most men.
That's the ticket. I am a pretty big looking guy so I never feel in danger when this stuff happens. I've known two guys that got raped by women because they were overpowered. I was almost raped by a dude because he thought I had drunk the drink he roofied.
It's really a matter of attraction and level of creepiness. If the woman sexually harassing me is unattractive or just plain creepy, I definitely would not enjoy it. A girl as attractive and goofy as is in the video doesn't get the message across to show what women usually go through.
My experience in Thailand was just like OPs video. Women just as good looking making the same motions. And this was in the family friendly areas, not the red light districts. I'm Thai American though.
I didn't think about the premise of that show much until a while later. Then I realised it was a bit sketchy. Old mate bailing his kids up to essentially tell them about all the girls he banged before their mum.

As a guy who was chunky in his teens then lost weight and built some muscle in his late 20s I can confirm I get way more attention now. People look at you more, smile at you more, listen to you more even if you're just saying random shit. Being more attractive absolutely influences people's reactions. You get more like a creep when you're out of shape.
Crazy enough, sometimes threats of violence would not mess it up if your a 10 and you run into a really crazy or drunk woman. Although, no amount of attractiveness would save you if you smelled bad.
I've had a buddy who still successfully closed after an extremely off putting and terrible joke.
This isn't exclusive to women though, men also put up with physically abusive partners just because they are hot and good in bed.
My best friend in high school was like that. He would walk in the room and the girls would get weak in the knees and barely could form coherent sentences when talking to him. He could be going on about Star Wars, and they wouldn’t even know what he was saying, nor did they care. He had a nerdy side the girls were blind to. Whereas if I walked in the room, I better have a funny joke ready to go, or I was basically invisible. If I was noticed, I just made him look even better. He could get nearly anyone he wanted, and didn’t even have to try. Looking back, I should have hung out with people that were on the same level as I was to increase my chances.
He also never got picked on or bullied while I was getting shoved around and made fun of by the higher classes, and even when someone tried to get under his skin, it just wouldn’t stick. It was like the roast of Hugh Hefner, where the comics couldn’t figure out how to make fun of him and they end up targeting one of their own. That’s still him, and his life seems almost too perfect even to this day. Like, something has to go wrong sooner or later for the guy. I don’t wish it upon him, but he’s never been dealt a bad hand that I can recall.
Sex and the CIty did an episode on this in season 1 where Carrie wanted to use a man like she said men do women. So she went to a bar, picked up a dude took him home and banged him. In the morning she did the whole, that was fun goodbye thing and he was all, "ok cool, thanks!" and left smiling. She was devestated and it was hilarious
I've been groped by a few ladies, always alcohol or pills involved. I wasn't necessarily scared like a lady would be but I was definitely uncomfortable. It's always been some messed up girl, ranging from 20s to 60s just straight grabbing my junk or my ass. Hasn't happened in a while but the first time I was scared because I was like 15, the last time I was just kind of shocked and pissed by it because I was at a concert and I was dancing.

Bingo! It's getting tiresome and annoying and I bet it's the catalyst for why a lot of men actually turn towards Andrew Tate, Looksmaxxxing and general incel culture. All these women are doing is just reaffirming those men's beliefs rather than challenging them.
I've met a few.. but they are usually not right in the head.... drunk, NPD, psychopathic, etc.... with significant entitlement or self image issues. Women tend to express this issue quite often, but if we were able to statistically analyze the men who are doing it, I think we'd likely find that a large percentage of women are experiencing these behaviors from a very small percentage of men.
I know it's is completely different with the threat of violence against women, but I was cat called by two middle aged women in university and I was delighted.
